Nice staff. Not too loud. Good food. A little pricey. Slow service. They have valet that’s a bit awkward but better than finding parking. They have a gluten free pasta but not pizza.

Wendy is a phenomenal server. Ask for her whenever you eat at Piatti. The saffron pasta is great and the veal piccata is amazing. Great wine list and nice setting. I wish we could eat here more often. Great atmosphere and service. Great Italian food.

Attentive servers that were very sweet to our 2 year old and 9 month old. They sat us in the corner away from crowds but didn’t miss a beat in tending to our needs. What I swallowed: MUSSELSINWINESAUCE: The appetizer was large enough to be an entrée. The broth and mussels were perfect. Upscale atmosphere but still friendly to our babies and didn’t make us feel out of place. Thanks Piatti!

Everything was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was Kris and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about every item on the menu and able to answer all of our questions. We started off with the Semolina Fried Calamari & Shrimp. It came with sweet potatoes and asparagus and the aioli sauce was so good. I can’t find a copy of the cocktail list online. I started off with a ruby red drink that was very refreshing. For our main course we split the Grilled Prosciutto Wrapped Romaine and then a House Marinara Margherita pizza. Both very good. We asked our waiter to recommend a good glass of wine to pair with our entrees. He chose a really good red wine. We ended the night with the Sea Salt Caramel Gelato it was so tasty. We also each got one more cocktail. I got one of the signature martini’s and my boyfriend got a Moscow Mule. His mule did not come in a Copper glass which I thought odd but he said it was good. We will definitely be going back to try some of the pasta dishes.

The food is amazing and delicious. I would recommend the spaghetti with marina, the spinach ricotta ravioli, the warm olives, and any salad. The sauce on the ravioli is an explosion of flavor-the lemon cream sauce sounds wired, but it is truly one of the best sauces I have had. The staff is great about accommodating any dietary restrictions. I always leave her happy and full. Definitely try this place. You will be coming back for more before you know it. They have free valet parking which is essential in Cherry Creek North.

The ambiance is always quaint. Even though they are busy, the layout lends to the feeling of privacy. The pasta is always so fresh and amazing. The tagliatelle with mushrooms, spinach and chili oil was spectacular. We also had the special lamb chops. What a treat!

Usually on our top ten list. We accidental visited Monday and ordered the restaurant week special. It was a Three star meal. Saucer size dry Caesar salad. Way too much salt in the pasta. Had to have been an accident or the chef smokes and can’t taste. Double bummer, they had two giant tables parallel to each other. Way too much action for us to have a quiet meal. Wait staff were excellent. Never missed a beat. We didn’t have the heart to complain they were so slammed with business.

Exquisite! Such a lovely place to go to. The servers are wonderful. The valets really know what they’re doing. The food is absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend their lobster bisque and also their salmon dish. Everyone who works there is incredibly pleasant and you know that as a customer you are valued. Once you go you will be hooked.

Formerly 4-stars, but this time downgraded to 2… Ordered literally most expensive item, lamb chops at $ 29, and they came out over done and charred to the point it overcame the Lamb flavor. I told the server and she offered to re-do them, but I was hungry and our party of seven Rec’d their food and didn’t want to delay my valentines dinner… Really disappointed. Reservation was timely, desserts awesome, service amazing, but no compensation for poor quality of my very expensive lamb. Will think twice about next visit.

I like this restaurant. The food is consistent. Its moderately priced. Here is the issue, if you sit at the bar to eat, the bartenders are terrible at service. They don’t pay attention. There was one good bartender but I never see her any more. It doesn’t matter if its busy or not, they are not in tune. Initially I thought perhaps it was my perception, however, no matter who I am with or if I am sitting alone, I hear other patrons make the same comment. They can’t get the bartenders attention for a refill on wine or balck pepper. If they aren’t busy, the bartenders are busy washing dishes or talking and cutting up with other staff. Its too bad. I used to go 1 – 2 days a week. Now, I’m gonna give it one more try and then let it go if they don’t step it up.

Good but not great. I had the saffron pappardelle and it was good but not flavorful enough for something called saffron. Good was also a bit cold when it arrived. Great upscale atmosphere.

Great service, but waaaay overpriced. Expensive so-so Italian food is just silly in my book. My wife had the saffron shrimp pasta dish that tasted great and was a bit smaller than average portion wise for $ 19. I had about a cup and a half of bland, overly salty spaghetti with meat sauce for $ 18FREAKINDOLLARS!!! Are you kidding me? We never do chain restaurants, but as we were leaving, we said«we should have went to Macaroni Grill. Same food, but way cheaper». Lmao Pros: Location Service Cons: Price Portions Price Parking Price Taste

Delicious, but their truffle risotto did not taste like truffle at all. Very bland and the waiter was kind enough to bring truffle oil to drizzle on the risotto, no luck. Ended up asking for salt and sprinkling a heavy amount just to get the risotto to taste better.

Have to give Piatti a STRONG4-stars… Always consistent and awesome service, wonderful ambiance and great food. I was also extra cognizant of the clientele during my most recent visit — people that certainly appreciate a quieter setting and quality time — observed«men and women who lunch» — all good! My most recent meal was their spinach salad with a side of salmon — the salmon was off-the-hook but the salad was just ok; nothing special, probably not meant to truly be together, and this was also obvious as the salad was served literally on the side of the salad.

I can’t help but feel disappointed after reading all the positive reviews for Piatti. I have been craving some good, authentic Italian cuisine after coming back from a 6 month stay in Rome. It was nothing special and a meal for two ended up costing a pretty penny at $ 80!

The owner of my company and I were talking about good Italian food one day, and she suggested taking me to her favorite Italian restaurant. I was in! Anytime I get to try a new place to eat, I am a happy camper. She pulled up in Cherry Creek to a restaurant called Piatti. She mentioned that she was a regular and boy, she wasn’t kidding. She knew everyone there from the owner, to the wait staff to another patron sitting next to us. I sometimes think I am a regular at some places, but not like that. I had already glanced over the menu online and was settled on getting the fettuccine. It sounded tasty and like a good staple to try for my first time there. The waitress came over and told us about the specials. I couldn’t help but change my mind to the grilled shrimp risotto that they were offering that day. I always figure, I can order something on the menu again some other time, but if the special sounds worth it, then get that! My lunch partner ordered a Caesar salad with grilled shrimp. She also suggested that I try the calamari. How can I turn that down? The bread came out and it was average bread that you get from most Italian restaurants. I am not a huge bread fan, so I just tried a piece and then saved room for the rest of my meal. The calamari came out and it looked inviting. It shared a plate with tempura fried carrots and asparagus. I absolutely love asparagus, so I pretty much scarfed all of those down. The sauce that it was served with was tarty and thick. Some may not like this type of sauce for their calamari, but I felt it was a great compliment to the batter. Our food arrived and my eyeballs about popped out of my head. The shrimp risotto was colorful and was a much larger portion then I had anticipated. I dove in and was immediately hit with bold flavors of spinach and balsamic. The shrimp was lacking a bit of flavor. It tasted as though they just threw it on the grill with zero seasoning. I had to smother each one with the risotto to get some flavor out of it. Other than the shrimp, this was an amazing meal. I am excited to go back and try the fettuccine some time.

We had a nice ladies lunch this past Saturday, and it was definitely worth every penny! Several of the girls had some pasta dishes, one had the salmon, and I had a very tasted grilled chicken salad with poached pears and candied walnuts. Absolutely the best salad I’ve had in years! There were so many things I wanted to try on the menu, so I’ll definitely be back, but it will be hard not to order that salad again. They have a very extensive wine selection as well, as you would expect, so I know my lunch partners were incredibly happy to see that. I stuck with the Cucumber Collins, which I had never heard of before. A superbly refreshing beverage! I must learn how to master these at home, I could drink several. Without sharing, obviously. Excited to try some pasta on my next visit!

This review is a bit late but this place is great! I took my wife here for valentines day, it was so funny how many couples were there, old and young. I made sure to make a reservation about a month in advanced, that seemed to have been a good idea because it was busy but not over flowing. They offer complimentary valet which is nice, we didn’t use it though, I parked down the street. They even decorated each table with little heart sprinkles and the place was dimly lit so it gave a romantic feel to it. I don’t recall exactly what we ordered, but she got a sort of pesto alfredo linguine and I ordered a pizza. Both were very good, and the complimentary bread with olive oil was really good. We also went ahead and ordered a few drinks, I only remember them having some strength to them so that was really good! For dessert we got some of their ice cream, that is worth a try. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and they are sure to keep your table clean during your meal.

I’ve walked past this place so many times and I finally stopped in last night. It was a really lovely dinner. First of all, the bread and the herby olive oil — I’m a happy girl. I could just sit there and eat that all day. The wine selection was really good as well — we settled on a bottle of the Zenato and it was great on a warm summer night. The mussels were deeeeelicious. It’s a shame I couldn’t drink the sauce off the plate. We got 2 pasta dishes and the cavatelli was really lovely and light. The saffron pappardelle was a little undercooked — if they’re making fresh pasta, I think that’s great, but this tasted a little doughy. Still good though :) We didn’t have room for dessert but I’m sure they’re all fantastic. Will definitely be back.

This place is very pretty and great for a nice dinner date or girl’s night. The Sangiovese on their menu is one of my favorites and everything we ate was really tasty. I suggest sharing a salad, appetizer, entrée and dessert with a friend; this was the perfect way to taste lots of different things!

I came here with my cousin and best friend on a weekend trip to Denver. Let me start off by saying, if your Italian restaurant is outside of NYC or Long Island, I’m not going to it and I’m unimpressed before I even try your food… period. Anyone who has eaten or lived in those areas can feel me on that one. HOWEVER, my cousin was a born and raised Long Islander, and I couldn’t possibly snub his suggestion. I tried it… Wow. I did not think that any restaurant in any state outside of New York could possibly hold a candle to NY’s Italian food… Piatti makes me eat those words, which is fine as long as I get to eat all of their pasta. I was blown away by the fresh, authentic, and flavorful taste that I got. Normally, all pasta outside of NY taste like fake Olive Garden pasta to me. You will NOT find this here, really really incredible Italian food here. So impressed. The bread with oil and vinegar was great. I had the Spinach-Ricotta ravioli with lemon cream and citrus gremola. Fantastic. The price was very fair too…10 bucks for a smaller portion and 16 for the larger portion. My cousin got the Saffron Pappardelle with shrimp, tomato, chili flake, white wine and arugula. He swears by this dish and gets it every time, seemed very plentiful. My friend got the Tagliatelle and it was delicious. Everything was really very good. Our server wasn’t the friendliest, but he wasn’t mean or anything. This place is great and I highly recommend it. Only complaint… are we kidding with the lunch sized portions? Four raviolis? Let’s get real. Who only eats four itty bitty raviolis?!

I’m so naïve. For years I’ve been laboring under the misconception that Piatti’s is just a lonely mom-and-pop Cherry Creek Italian restaurant, trying to make it work in an over-indulged square mile constructed and maintained for the wealthy Denver shopping public.(I guess, uh, that would include, uh, me). Nope. Turns out it’s part of a big family with 7 other brother and sister restaurants named«Piatti’s» and a couple ‘o dozen other eating establishments spread across the western US, Hawaii and Mexico. It’s all owned by a company called the Moana Restaurant Group. Also turns out that the Moana entity is itself part of the bigger«Palisades Hospitality Group,» and that PHG is an international agglomeration of resorts/spas/retreats/hotels/restaurants. Wow! Who knew? I know this is supposed to be a business review site and that mostly it’s where we tell each other about our individual experiences to help out our fellow consumers. But sometimes, with the littlest bit of effort you find yourself running smack dab into the tentacles of the worldwide capitalist empire. And it’s a bit sobering.(Remember: I didn’t say«bad.» I said«sobering»). Now don’t get me wrong. I had a great bone-in lamb tenderloin dinner there the other night. It was priced fairly, and I enjoyed myself very much. I will certainly go back again. Nice people workin’ there. Good value and really fun. But to learn now that it’s part of this huge international business… well, I just gotta think about it. Gotta readjust my perspective… and hey… maybe I’ll do that over a stylish Compari and soda(rocks/twist:) at my new corporate expression of bon vivant consumption… Piatti’s. I recently came to Piatti for valentines day and it was an amazing experience! We came earlier in the evening to avoid the rush and I’m really glad we did so– food came out fast and service was the picture of perfection– Wendie was absolutely incredible. We started with a complimentary fresh basket of bread with a fresh olive oil/balsamic vinaigrette combination. It was so delicious that it was hard to not fill up on that from the start! I ordered the lobster ravioli and my boyfriend got the filet minion. You could practically cut the filet with a fork and it was seasoned/cooked just right. The ravioli was incredible! The lobster was fresh tasting, the ravioli was cooked just right, and the lemon butter sauce that it came covered in was a great compliment without being overwhelming. This is a great place to go to if you would like a date night! The prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of food and service that you get. Can’t wait to come here again!

Loved this place! The bread and dipping oil were awesome… Very garlicky oil but we like garlic. We then ordered the baked goat cheese appetizer with sun-dried tomato pesto, roasted garlic, and flatbread triangles that we could assemble ourselves. Fun! Hubby ordered the fish stew and said it rivaled the one he had in Maui. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese and it rocked. I’ve been looking for a good bolognese in Denver! We wanted the lemon pudding for dessert but we were too stuffed. Dirty martini with blue cheese stuffed olives and Tito’s vodka, of course, and a half-bottle of the 2012 Merry Edwards Sauvignon Blanc were thoroughly enjoyed and good compliments for our meals. We will def be back.
