Like chipotle for breakfast using acai or oatmeal as the base. Super fast fresh healthy and friendly. Big fan!

Love this place and wish they stayed open past 4 but I’m willing to ditch my plans a little early to swing by. They have such a good menu which include smoothies/coffee /Acai and other bowls. I got the Acai bowl and you can add three toppings and then it is 75 cents after that for each extra ingredient. The fruit is chopped fresh and everything is beautiful! Will definitely be back! Good prices as well!

Simple healthy delicious bowls, every order is customized and you really can’t go wrong. The only thing that bothered me was how much they charge for additional toppings, it seems a bit excessive but over all this was a great place!

I love the coffee. I use to walk there every morning, but due to the horrific service I am taking my business elsewhere.

Haha I love what Mona had to say about Prosperoats. It is trendy and hipster lol, and ditto the people who come in. It is quite yummy, for what it is – oatmeal/acai/quinoa-oats/yogurt worth assorted toppings. Think froyo type deal. It’s definitely a pretty healthy alternative to what most places offer for breakfast, so I suppose that’s good. And the folks working there are friendly and helpful. Fruit is all cut fresh, which I like. And they have some good combination suggestions for what to put in your bowl. So overall, it’s pretty good?

The highlands neighborhood is one of my favorites in Denver. Home to Linger, Little Man, Avanti, Root Down, and more! However, when you’re looking for a refreshing juice, smoothie, or bowl, Prosperoats is the place to be. The interior itself says all you need to know about its vibe: trendy, hipster, laid back, and deliciously healthy. I had the Sandia sparkler, which is full of watermelon goodness, and my boyfriend had the pearls for eyes. Both were delicious and we loved seeing them made right before our eyes! They came out and tasted so fresh. Will be back next time for a bowl!

Oh Prosperoats, you make my plant-based eating so easy! I am in love with your peach cobbler, but long try so many more. Your staff is helpful and cheery and doesn’t seem to get perturbed when I take my time choosing just the right ingredients for my delicious bowl of oats! This place is the bomb!

I am utterly in love with this place. Although it is not«froyo» it closely follows the concept. You can pick your base then everything you want to put inside to make a delicious and nutritious meal. I love their varied ingredients for mixing and its pretty cool that they have a wide coffee selection as I love coffee. Definitely worth a try!

I just tried this place for the first time this morning, and felt prompted to write up a review because it was very good and fresh. They have a TON of different toppings you can choose to put on your oatmeal or yogurt. I tried banana, pineapple, and granola on top of oatmeal, and it was soooo good. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The oatmeal texture was just right… not lumpy, not runny… Goldilocks would have loved it. ;) Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit for a solid, healthy breakfast. It’s almost lunchtime, and I still feel full and can probably get through the afternoon with just a small lunch(or maybe no lunch, haha).

This was the last food shop my boyfriend and I visited when vacationing in Denver. Entering, the restaurant is rather small with tables lined up along the wall and bright menu boards along the opposite wall. The servers were very helpful and helped me to decide on the Banana Toffee Malt in an oat bowl and a small White Pearl. Everything was delicious. The Banana Toffee Malt was a sweet and filling dish. The White Pearl was very sweet(because of the white chocolate sauce) and yummy. Although the White Pearl was good, it seemed overpriced and I would have been fine with just a mocha latte. Overall, great food, the only downfall would be minimal seating. If there is a line, it is hard to sit down without someone waiting in line behind you.

This is my new favorite place for light fare– smoothies, bowls and all kinda of tea and coffee goodness. The folks who work here are nice and it’s just a hop over the bridge from downtown. It’s tucked away on 15th street– but is well worth going the extra step to go here. Ingredients are always fresh and the service is always quick and lovely. Please check them out and stay healthy!

Only had juice, but even that wasn’t all fresh. They used a pre-made mix, and then added some fruit to it. Go pay for a true cold-pressed juice. Staring at TV screens to order also didn’t seem to fit the feel they were going for. They had some cute elements, and their build your own oatmeal bar seemed cool, but if you are eating oatmeal and drinking juice, I have to think fresh, healthy, and maybe even organic matter to you. Didn’t seem to find that here. Probably a great place for moms and kids to dine together and find common ground.

5 star for the food. Three star for the coffee and dining-ware. Quinoa — savory Mediterranean style — is the perfect protein packed start to a fab Saturday! Casual quick and healthy. Really like this unique healthy conscious option in our neighborhood. And why not go the extra mile in consciousness and scratch the disposable products. I think this lovely delightful yummy meal is worth eating from a colorful ceramic or pottery bowl. While the paper bowl looks like it is made from recycled material, shame it gets tossed after a very short functional life. I get not having space time or effort resources to do dishes, but food tastes better from a real dish. Coffee and juice not their strength. But I will be back(with my own bowl and spoon — ha!) for the food, sweet service and nice casual atmosphere.

This place surprised me. My friend has been trying to drag me here for months, and for some reason, despite my affinity for health food, I just did not want to go. Today I finally acquiesced, and I feel like an idiot for not doing so sooner. I had a small oat bowl, with honey, granola, craisins, and strawberries. Sounds simple enough but I was surprised with how beautiful the bowl actually looked. Like something off of pinterest or an Instagram model’s braggy brunch. It really was gorgeous. As soon as I started eating it, I was impressed with the range of flavors, and how fresh it tasted. It really was an amazing, simple, healthy lunch. Another thing that took me off guard was how filling it was. Just a small bowl for like $ 5 kept me going throughout the day, without weighing me down or feeling heavy. My immediate thought, being the wino that I am, was that this would be perfect for a hangover brunch. It is that healthy nourishment your body needs without making you sleepy or holding you down afterwards– I felt a significant boost of energy, in fact! I will definitely be back here. Definitely, definitely. And I started my review by mentioning how for some reason I didn’t want it for all of the others who think oatmeal might be boring or just aren’t interested in trying this place because of the limited menu. This place is a GREAT stop. Try it once, and thank me later.

ProsperOats is a nice addition to LoHi; demonstrating that healthy food doesn’t have to be boring. Their assorted bar of toppings/mixings make yogurt and oatmeal an enticing proposition. The real stars here, are their frozen fruit/yogurt pops with very interesting flavor combinations. I’ve had a white chocolate chai and a grapefruit-banana-cinnamon on separate visits. Both were very good, especially on a hot summer day. My only complaint is they close rather early in the evening, so you can’t get yogurt or pops for dessert!
