Meh… Tough to say not as good as the sit down version, but the burgers did taste like they’d been frozen. A lot of other ingredients felt the same way.

«Dining» here was not my choice, but I played along. The location is close to my office. It’s clean. That’s about where it ends. The service set the bar impossibly low. I ordered a chicken sandwich(I got crispy, because who wants to be healthy here?) with whiskey bbq sauce(hoping to at least get a buzz — I’m kidding, I know they wouldn’t spend the money on real whiskey) and onion rings. My dining partner ordered after I did, but got his food about 5 minutes before I did, leaving him the uncomfortable choice of waiting for me. I will mention I clearly said — twice(and politely), no cheese, no mayo. My food came out, and I clearly saw the vile melting unnaturally orange cheese oozing out of the bun. I apologized, as I’m prone to do when someone else screws up my order. The server was very rude and asked for my receipt. I fumbled to find it, sure enough, it did not indicate what I’d nicely asked removed. She took it without and apology, grumbling under her breath that it wasn’t on the ticket. So, it took another 10 minutes to get it back out to me. The presentation of food is also sub-par — a plastic basket with a flimsy cheap piece of wrapping paper. Appetizing. The food is not delicious, and it’s a stretch to call it food. The chicken was actually soggy chicken strips. The sauce was sickeningly sweet with no real flavor. The onion rings were clearly frozen-from-a-bag, uninspired, limp little rings of disappointment. For the prices here, I felt ripped off, from both good taste(for which I will gladly pay) but value of the product and level of service. My advice — skip it.

I’m not sure why there are so many scathing reviews of this place. I’ve been here 4 or 5 times and each time I have asked for special exceptions to be made like a lettuce wrap, hold the(whatever ingredient I don’t like) etc., and have been met with nothing less than a smile and«what else can I get for you». The place is always presentable and my food always tastes good for a reasonable price. Yesterday four of us went there and ordered 4 burgers, one order of 3 piece chicken, 4 orders of fries(2 sweet potato, 2 regular) and the bill was $ 37. I don’t think that’s unreasonable. This is a burger joint, people, not a 5-star restaurant. It’s a good go-to«fast casual» when I’m shopping at Northfield and don’t want to spend a fortune, or go to a sit-down place. I will continue to come here!

The food is good don’t get me wrong but the service was a bit weak. Could not get a milkshake because they«couldn’t make anymore it was too late». Didn’t know there was a time limit. Lady at the register should be replaced with a automated system as she would be more helpful and probably not taking the ice cream machine apart so she can go home early.

Average food at an above average price. Fast food quality of service at a casual dining price. Fries are not all you can eat like the casual dining version of Red Robin but cost $ 2.00. $ 40 for my family of four even when three of us had water instead of soda. Will not be back.

The fries were old. The burger was just ok. I will not be back. They show a pic of their burger with an over easy egg but refuse to cook anything but hard fried. The menu pricing on here is at least $ 2 less a burger than in actuality.

I always like the food but the service horrible. The girl at the register had a TERRIBLE attitude. Dark hair girl with glasses and a bandana in her hair. Absolutely no social skills, and no customer service skills. She never smiled at customers and had a what do you want look on her face. She was very interested in one of the guys at the grill. Where is the manager?

DE-SGUSTING … My experience was so awful, it ruined my whole day. I don’t know what I was more mad about, how disgusting the place was or the fact that I still spent $ 20 on two burgers. I couldn’t believe how gross the place was they were out of everything there is no paper towels in the bathroom. The bathroom actually reminded me of something from a gas station I felt disgusting we just wanted to leave I was trying to have a nice lunch with my teenager and it was an awful experience I could have just cried. Never again.

Bad on all fronts. First of all, it was dirty. Really dirty. I should have known better and left. The floor was sticky and there was food all over. Then, the burger was overcooked(i’m not picky: this was tough), and it took 20 minutes to arrive with cold suuuuper oversalted fries. Bacon on the burger was soggy and fatty(when is the last time you actually picked the bacon off anything?). The ketchup container on my table and the nearest two were empty, and the mustard container was so gross i couldnt touch it. Even the waitress was dirty and disheveled. Enough of my ranting. Just go somewhere else for your burger fix.

Oh boy. This location is dirty! Food on the floor, spilled drinks, napkins everywhere, tables with uneaten food just sitting out. It isn’t even busy on a Sunday evening. Not acceptable, people.

Sweet potato fries and Thai chili sauce. The Thai sauce was just sweet enough to make a nice chili sauce for dipping. We also had Portobello burger, which was great. A little spicy, but good. They also have really nice chilled water, so you don’t need to add ice. The staff is a little too concerned with their private business away from work & boasting, but they finally noticed us.

Thanks for a great experience! Had a small hiccup with getting our order, and the very kind and professional manager(his name is similar to Desmond, but not quite — Demond?) swooped in a fixed everything in a way that showed he takes a lot of pride in his work. Food was totally delicious for a quick and tasty backyard-style burger — what fast food wishes it was. We’ll definitely be back.

Went there for the first time with my husband, thought it would be a good place. But totally opposite, working in the food industry… I would have expected to be greeted just better, the girl looking like she just didn’t want to be there with such dry personality. As we sat down in our table literally which were all dirty by the way, our burgers come out, we had the chilli burgers which the chilli was so cold, the meat patties seemed to have been just reheated by microwave, the fries were stale. Not a nice experience at all, wonder what corporate has been doing to make this location better because it seems as if no one cares for it and has let it fall over. Will not be returning for sure.

I love this spot for a quick burger and have rated it 5 stars for what it is… Don’t get that confused with a 5 star fine dining. Eat in or take out. I’m not a fan of fast food burgers but these are very similar to burgers from the Red Robin sit down joint… and since I don’t have one close by this works for me when we are in the mood. The Whiskey River Burger is my go to. I typically get the steak fries but just tried the sweat potato fries with Thai Chili ketchup and those were pretty good also. Large flakes of sea salt with the sweat potato was a good combo. Also first time trying the shakes. They have several favors for $ 3.99 and we splurged on the Salted Carmel. Yum. Very large, think, and delicious. Almost too thick for a straw. We have been 3 times thus far and the place is always clean, staff is very friendly, and someone always comes by the table to check on us afterwards. You can get your order to go or eat in… they give you a number for your table and cook your meal to order then bring it to you. They also have a self serve smart coke machine with all the buttons to make hundreds on different drink combos. The kids love that. They also have a small outdoor patio to take advantage of the beautiful Colorado weather. Located just 3 doors to the West of Harkins Theater on the NW corner.

I’d give this establishment zero stars if I could. Was in Denver for the weekend and ate here before my flight back home on 11/08/2014, food was cold, burgers were greasy and the service was absolutely terrible. The manager, a bald guy, was rude, didn’t seem to care too much about our food being cold. He’s peevish, disdainful and the server was annoyingly self-important. Being a business owner myself, this kind of service/behavior would never be tolerated.

I love Northfield’s Red Robin Burger Works :) They have the famous steak fries and Red Robin seasoning at this location! My favorite :) Service was fast and excellent. Burgers and fries were delicious. Really can’t complain much at all about our experience here. We live in the area and will be eating here often I’m sure!

Wahhh… Don’t tell me the WHOLE Stapleton Neighborhood are in this Mall, let alone everyone who wants BURGER goes to this establishment? Err, is this establishment, «born» and«raised» in Colorado… Err, I think so as what was featured in their website… That recent visit was on Friday January 17th2014. Time was about 18:00hrs ish. When we enter this establishment, on your left wing, is the Menu On Samsung TV which they inverted it aka«Vertically». YES, HIGH Technology. But when we arrived at the counter to order, two of the TVs which featured the Menu, MALFUNTION aka BLACKSCREEN! EPICFAILED I must add coz with ALL the high technology don’t you know some people cannot recall what to order etc etc… I’m «old school» like to have«paper menu» in my hand so I can read thoroughly what I want etc etc before making that decision… But we just«settled» on what they have on the other Operational TV menus *Sigh*… * 5-Alarm Burger $ 599 * Sautéed ‘Shroom Burger $ 699 In the receipt its printed as : * Combo($ 10.17) 5 Alarm Beef, with Onion Rings& Drink * Combo($ 11.17) Mushroom Beef with Fries & Drink If I am not mistaken, the person who took our order her name is Kenisha. We went to find an empty seats, which lead us to the high stools and table left facing the main road of 46th Avenue. While waiting we take turns to grab our Beverages from«The High Tech» Coke Cola, touchscreen Beverage Machine. This is the 2nd time I have seen the Ultra Cool High Technology of Beverage Machine from an establishment. We waited for a few minutes, though I cannot deny at that time, the kitchen at this establishment is indeed SWAMPED with ALOT Of Patrons, but the service to bring out the food was fast. When the staff send our order to our table, man… Mine look SUPERGREASY… Hmmm. Is this a good sign? Hubs said, What NOT to like for Super Greasy Burger? SUPER Greasy is GOOD in his books for his BURGER… but I bet to differ. Sadly I cannot taste the cheese in my burger order. It metled too much for my liking. I am ok with the skinny fries that I had. My order of Sautéed ‘Shroom Burger consists of Sautéed Mushrooms, Swiss and Garlic Parmesan Spread. When we received our order, Hubs whispered to me, maybe the person who took our order«misinterpret» coz Hubs wanted the Fries in his Combo Order and The Onions Rings as a side order. Oh Well… But to my surprise Hubs like his order particularly the ONION Rings? What? I whispered to myself. Maybe for one, Hubs is Hungry. For two, the food came out piping hot. The Onion Rings comes with a Dipping Sauce that seems familiar. I am still intrigued with the ingredients on what they put on the Onion Rings dipping sauce. Its so addictive. Hubs order of 5-Alarm Burger consists of Fresh Jalapeños, Fire-Roasted Salsa, Pepper Jack Cheese, Crisp Lettuce, Tomato and Chipotle Mayo. His order burger was a little let down coz he said where is the 5ALARM? Aint 5ALARM he said, it was more like 1 Alarm due to the Jalapenos. *Another Oh well*. But he rate overall for 3.5 stars for this establishment just for the Onions Rings… May return when needed… Hubs even compared this establishment to SMASHBURGER, LARKBURGER establishment we have been to. When we are done with Dinner, Hubs said he is Still Hungry. *Triple Sigh* Several Rules of the Day : * NEVER bring Hubs to an establishment when first and foremost, Hubs is SUPER-Hungry * Second — that the food wont fill Hubs up * Third, yes this is a «Fast Food» establishment WITHOUT the Drive-Tru that charges ALOT more, aka Subpar Quantity DOESNOT Mean Quality * Fourth — Try to go when there is less crowd and see how things may differ * Fifth — Just take our time to enjoy the food This establishment also have a Patio to dine in. When schedule and temperature permitting, maybe its nice to have«Lunch» outside aka«People Watching Too»… Hmmm??? I had high hopes but was let down pretty hard. When we walked in we were greeted by a very nice staff. The gentleman that helped us was the manager and was very friendly. We ordered two adult burgers w/fries & drink, two kids burgers w/fries & drink and a chick strip meal and the total was $ 45 w/o tip. Wow! The food arrived and looked«OK» but after the first bite I knew I was going to be disappointed. It tasted like a Burger King burger, the cheddar I requested was government cheese and the burger looked like a previously frozen patty. After quizzing the rest of the family the opinions were similar. This place is no good for the money. Not for lack of trying on the staffs behalf but these guys have problems at the supply level. Given the fact that there is plenty to eat in the area I would avoid this place.

I have to minus a star because their onion straws are entirely too greasy. They taste good but are drenched in oil. I had to get 6 napkins to dab off some of the excess oil. But other than that, I enjoyed my dining experience here. Unlike Red Robin where you get waiter service, here you order at a counter, get your own soda, and get your food taken out for you. The worker we spoke with gave me an extra soda«on the house» which was really nice of her. They have a cool fountain drink dispenser with a ton of soda options like Spite Zero raspberry and Dasani flavored water. I tried a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and beer mustard onions. I loved the beer mustard onions because 1. onions are my favorite vegetable and 2. the mustard tasted like horseradish. Yum. The buns are shiny and tasty and the meat comes standard on the more well done side. They also have their own burgers where you do not have to choose customized sauces/ingredients.
