Ritual Tattoo and Gallery

Sandi gave me my favorite tattoo of my dog Cornelius as a Foo Dog and nailed it. She is an incredible person and has an amazing, clean and inspiring shop. I also got a pointillist mandala with my band’s logo on my neck by Rochelle and she knocked it out of the park. I love both of my tattoos and always look forward to going there again! Everyone there is awesome!

What a great tattoo shop! I’m working my way thru getting a piece from every talented artist there, which is ALL OF THEM! The environment is friendly, the artists are professional and the place is always clean. Thanks y’all and I hope to get in there again soon!

Everyone at this shop is so friendly and professional. I’ve been tattooed by Rachel and Rochelle. Very talented ladies, good conversation. Total sweethearts! They just added some new artists and moved to a new location as well. Highly recommend this place!

Pretty much the greatest tattoo shop you will ever go to. Every.single.artist is incredibly amazing, I would get tattooed by any of them. I personally get tattooed by Missy (who unfortunately isn’t taking anymore clients). Do yourself a favor and get an amazing tattoo at a great shop with awesome people. Your skin won’t regret it. Rachel does exquisite stick and poke work, Rochelle has a vast talent which include incredible line work, Billy has a fabulous style of old school bold lines but wicked designs (he does some killer mountain-​scapes).
Also, if this has convinced you to go here, don’t be a C-​U Next Tuesday. TIP your artist. These guys take time to draw up a perfect, one of a kind piece for you. So make it rain.

I will absolutely be coming back to Ritual for another tattoo (and I live in LA). I was so pleased with the friendly service and Rachel Patton is my favorite artist in all of Denver. Her tattoos are truly unique as they are hand poked and her detail and line work is amazing. I had been following her on Instagram for a while and she was completely booked when I arrived. However, once we stopped in the shop we were greeted with great service and Rachel actually agreed to stay late to tattoo my two brothers and I. We had such a great first tattoo experience. Thanks Ritual for the great memories!

They might be good artists– but their table side manner and face to face communication were disappointing.
I just got a tattoo at ritual today– it is an incredibly beautiful piece however the customer service and pricing are kind of janky. I walked in and booked the appointment about a month out, emailed the artist a photo of the exact design I wanted, so this was certainly not a custom piece, but he emailed me back that he wanted to do the piece and he charges $ 150 per hour and all was good.
I showed up for my appointment at eleven, and we got started with the stencil at 11:35 after they got all set up and were talking shop without engaging with the customers at all. We spent about one minute placing and sizing the piece– which ended up being slightly smaller than he originally lined it out. I got on the table at 11:42 and the tattoo was finished at 12:17– so he was super fast.
The end price was $ 165, which means that I paid for the time that he spent chatting with his coworker and getting set up. Drawing time was probably 15 minutes since it followed the design I sent exactly. My gripe is that, I know he had to get set up, but does he charge every client 35 extra minutes for setup or did that happen because I was the first client at eleven this morning?
His hands were also super shaky, and this was my first chest tattoo (right under my clavicle) but he kept putting his hand over my neck to keep everything steady, which was super uncomfortable especially since he didn’t ask if I was bothered by it. He actually didn’t say much to me at all while I was there. I am grateful for the tattoo– but for the rest of the experience I won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

I had my first Ritual tattoo done today and it is so beautiful and perfect. Rochelle was the artist. I can’t say enough nice things about her.
The shop itself is clean, organized, and comfortable. The entire staff seems pretty great. I’ll be back!

My absolute favorite place for tattoos. Rochelle is my go to gal. She is so talented and sweet. I have also had a few stick and poke (machine free) tattoos from Rachel, and she’s amazing! I’ve been to quite a few tattoo shops over the past 8 years, and I’ve never been as pleased or comfortable with the employees or atmosphere as I have at Ritual. I eventually want to get a piece from each of the artists, as they all have such beautiful style and very clean lines. It’s been worth the wait every single time. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I got my tattoo a few months ago from Rochelle — and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had getting a tattoo, or most other things in life. Rochelle is such a sweet woman and everyone who was there was friendly and chatty and interesting. The studio is literally an art gallery as well and the décor is absolutely gorgeous. My tattoo came out even better than I could’ve ever expect or imagine and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I highly, HIGHLY recommend it.

Sandi Calistro is amazing. Her art is beautiful and sad and inspiring. She is gentle and light handed, and really cares about her work. She was able to capture the image of my sister in a magical way– I still have another session to go and I am in love with my new tattoo already. Ritual gallery is quaint and lovely and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This is as good as it gets when it comes to a tattoo experience. Its so good in fact I have traveled twice from a different state to have art done here. This is not a place if your looking to get a spur of the moment flash tattoo. This is a custom shop all the way. Contact the artists and they will help you plan out your dream piece. They are scheduled out quite far in advanced but its definitely worth the wait. The vibe is super chill, the girls are super professional and put you at ease, and the art is outstanding. Missy Rhysing has done both of my tattoos and she is exceptionally talented. Her work is truly original, clean, and vibrant. Her eye for color is ridiculous! I cannot wait to plan my next trip out to Denver to get my next piece. Make sure you bring some extra cash because they have the most rad, softest shop tank tops and tees as well as art from the artists to buy, handmade jewelry, and cute little moss terrariums.

Ritual Tattoo rules. Rochelle is amazing– her art is awesome and she really made an effort to work with me and what I wanted. She was up front and honest about what I wanted versus what would age well, and I appreciated that. She did an amazing job and I will be back! I have already recommended her to a few of my friends. She is a gem, and she is by far the most sterile tattoo artist I have ever seen (and I work in a biology lab, so I would know!). The place is awesome, friendly, clean, and I will DEFINITELY be back! Keep it up, Ritual!
