I was introduced to this service via Living Social. I found the experience wonderful and have continued to receive the service. Annie was wonderful and accommodating and Jessea, the new manager is equally as wonderful. I love it.

Had the most incredibly horrible experience with this company and Living Social. Similar to the other reviews, I tried to book my appointments on Schedulicity only to find that the company was booked out for months. I booked my 5 Living Social appointments 2 months in advance. I was supposed to have my first treatment this week. But, instead I got this email saying that they had a «virus» the dumped all appointments in May & June. OK, that happens. So, I went to reschedule on Schedulicity. All appointments were full until July. Hmmmm, something fishy here. If all the appointments just got dumped, why are they all suddenly booked? I’ll tell you why. This ficticious«virus» dumped only the Living Social customers and booked full-paying customers in their place. And, to add insult to injury, there is now a banner on the front page of their website stating, «LIVINGSOCIALNEWCLIENTSTHEREARENOMOREAPPOINTMENTSAVAILABLE.» These bastards ran a daily deal and are now trying to get out of honoring it. To make things worse, I was told by this company that I could get a refund from Living Social. Nope! F’ing Living Social refused to refund my money, just gave me «deal bucks». Um, no, I deserve a refund, thank you. Nope! They used the BS loophole of «this deal is subject to availability and was agreed upon in the fine print when you purchased it». So incredibly mad about this entire fiasco. I won’t be buying anything from Rocky Mountain Endermologie or Living Social ever again. I suggest you do the same! Show these snake oil salesmen we won’t take their crap!

I haven’t had anything done here and don’t care to… Bought a LivingSocial deal, called to schedule, very rude lady told me she«was with a patient» and directed me to the website to schedule… if you’re busy with a patient and can’t help someone, don’t answer the phone, leaves a very unprofessional impression… let it go to voicemail and call the new customer back later. They were unable to schedule the LS deal I bought in accordance with how the recommend the procedure due to overbooking. LS is giving me «refund» by way of DealBuck to spend on something else. Not impressed and I haven’t even had anything done!
