Shannon is an excellent guide. He knows the water, the habitat, and the entomology of the river. He is a patient and effective teacher /​coach. I would recommend him and RMFG to anyone of any skill level — from beginner to advanced. We simply had a wonderful day, not to mention we caught fish!

We had such a great time with Rocky Mountain Flyfishing Guides. They were absolutely amazing!1 We had Cory, Allen and Luke! WE could not have asked for a better day and better guides! You guys were so helpful and patient and made sure we were catching fish and taught me sooo much! The food was great and all the special touches that you all put together. Allen you went out of your way to really make it a special day!

I’ve taken my 14 year old son twice and Austin has patiently created a love of the sport in both of us. We’re going to bring 5 of his friends on a guided tour next summer because it has been so much fun.
Can’t recommend this group highly enough. What a great way to «get your feet wet» with learning to flyfish!

I had family in town who all loved to fish, so we decided to make a fun trip fly fishing. We certainly are glad we chose RM Flyfishing!
Our guides Austin and Bill were both extremely nice and patient with us, while also being very uplifting and helpful. They truly cared about more than just helping us catch fish but to also be a true guide and ensure that we had a good time which we certainly did! Even though we had a slow day fishing, our guides made this the most enjoyable time of my past few summers.
Five out of five stars and I guarantee I will be back again soon!
