Great lunch!
Cons: wish someone would have answered the phone so I could have placed my order earlier. Also the gentleman working there didn’t really seem like he enjoyed working there. He didn’t greet me when I waked in nor was he able to give me any suggestions on what to order.

Horrible customer service. No one was in the store and the employee, Franklin, seemed busy but never bothered to greet me or even ask to take an order. When I finally got his attention he acted offended that I was interested in giving his company some of my money. The last thing I want to do after work and dealing with jerks on the highway is deal with jerks at a restaurant. I don’t plan on returning here. The food tastes pretty good, but portions were not that great — I’m 175 lbs and ate two sandwiches and a salad myself.

what a gem!
we often go to the pantry for their sandwiches, salads and ah-​mazing cookies. they have a great patio to enjoy it on as well.
we’re busy folks so when we entertain and don’t have time to cook after cleaning the house and chasing a toddler around all day; we head to the pantry grab their amazingly fresh noodles and incredible bolognese and try to pass it off as our own. when our guests start gushing over their meal we fess up.

Sarto’s Pantry is a great place to go to grab a delicious sandwich, pasta in the freezer to go, deviled eggs, and more! The guy Mike who works there is so friendly and always very helpful! The atmosphere is quaint, the sliding library ladder is my favorite part of it, and the wood inside the space was used from the original building there. They did a fabulous job with the space! The Verdura and Pomodoro sandwiches are my favorite! They have options for meat eaters and vegetarians. They also have a small selection of produce, so if you don’t want to walk into a crowded grocery store you can grab your things here! Great concept and yummy food!

Super yummy sandwiches. Been here twice now and enjoyed both that I had. I had the SOD today. I had the arrosto last time. I recommend both. The come with a small side of pickled greens. Also tasty.
