I was referred to Parker Semler from
. I live in Washington and am renting a vacation house in Boulder, Colorado and was looking for someone that knew Colorado law to review the rental agreement as it had some pretty lofty indemnification clauses. He got in touch with me via email promptly and asked me to give him a call. He said he wouldn’t be able to take on a client for a single review of a single document, but spent 5 minutes on the phone addressing my specific concerns free of charge. So while I haven’t had enough experience with Mr. Parker to say that he’s an amazing lawyer, I can certainly say that he’s very approachable, helpful, and communicates in a clear and concise manner.
