We replaced our siding with James Hardy board from Siding Repair. Our project started right before Thanksgiving. The crew came in the cold and worked when they could. The crew was courteous and friendly. They were hard workers and got the job done in a neat and timely manner. The painting crew did a meticulous job. Also very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Cash kept us informed about our project. Paul helped in any questions also. Cash and Paul were instrumental in communication with the crews and were very professional. They made sure the job was done to specific standards and have also followed up on some minor details that needed touch up after the job was finished. I did not know what to expect since we had never done a huge project with siding replacement. They went over and above our expectations to make sure our house looked perfect and is the best looking house in the neighborhood. They work hard and are the best company to do your job. I look forward to working with them on other projects in the coming years

Disclosure: I can’t rate their actual work, because I was never able to get past their rep dropping the ball. This review is more about their customer service and communication. We called and had their rep come out to give us a quote on some siding repair, and at first we were really excited. Other companies had been lukewarm, at best, in their reaction to what we needed done(repairing about half the hail-damaged siding on the house, along with a couple of windows and gutters, and there was going to have to be some back-and-forth with our insurance company.) But Siding Repair System’s rep seemed to be on top of things and eager to work with us. He took a look at the house, caught some problems that we(and the insurance adjuster) hadn’t, and had no problem with the idea of dealing with insurance. He said he had a little research to do but that he would get back to us in a few days with a quote. Then things went down the toilet. The next week, we hadn’t heard anything, so I sent him a text. No response. I tried to call him, but got a message that his voice mail was full. I called the office and left a message asking him to call me. Nothing — not from him, not from the office. A second text a couple days later did get a response, and he promised that he would finish the paperwork and get it to us soon. A few more days went by. I sent him another text to make sure he had the correct email address. No response. A few more days went by and he sent a text saying he had sent out the quote paperwork… the problem was, we didn’t get it. This was a Friday, and when I still hadn’t gotten the email by the following Monday, I sent one more text to make sure that he had the correct email addressed. It’s now Thursday and I haven’t received a text back, nor has the paperwork shown up. At this point, I’m out. If this is how they deal with customers, I don’t need it.
