Spa Brokers

I have hesitated to write this review for a little while. I bought a Cal Spa from Spa Brokers a few months ago. My issue is with the quality of the spa, it has leaked every day that I have had it. The service department is great, but each time they have come out, the comment has been that the workmanship on the spas is poor coming out of the factory.
I bought the spa because I have ton ton of back surgery, and was getting ready to have 16 screws put into my neck. But even as I write this, the spa is leaking. It can’t be fixed until it can be drained again. We are are at the start of winter, when the heck is that going to be.
It’s getting old. By the way, the chemicals they give you are a little bogus as well.
Very tired of this.

I have shopped for a replacement Hot Tub for months and ended up purchasing a Marquis Spa at Spa Brokers in Denver. Cameron was our salesman and did a wonderful job. No pressure, was honest and always followed through.
I had the Tub delivered on April 22^nd, the crew was early and did an amazing job. They were very polite and professional. Thanks to Justin, Tyler and Sebastian… awesome job on the install.
I would recommend Spa Brokers for your next Hot Tub purchase!

After talking to a lot of friends and touring a lot of hot tub stores I decided to go with the best and get a Marquis Spa. I was seriously gun shy because of all of the sleazy stories of manipulative stories and behaviors I have heard and seen and countless other hot tub stores throughout Denver.
I can tell you this about Spa Brokers. I honestly thought that throughout the entire process they were going to up sell me or «accidentally on purpose» forget vital elements that would cost me more money when they delivered the spa.
That never happened, what I can tell you is that I asked for a Wifi tub and that got lost in translation. I was internally fuming because I thought they were going to screw me or make me return the tub and order another more expensive tub. Funny thing, they apologized and orders the Wifi component at no cost, I was floored.
Also, whenever I call in and ask what to do everyone is polite and helpful. They even offered to lend me a pump to speed up the drainage of my tub.
I know Spa Brokers changes a lot for high end tubs, but If you don’t want to feel like you are getting taken advantage of, and you value customer service, give them a shot.
I really did stumble on one of the only non sleazy high pressured hot tub dealers in the country.
