Closed at 7? Unilocal says 10 and the sign on the door says 9. Open sign is lite. Called short girl with purple streak say we are closed as she starred at me through the window. As I map out my next dinner location she then reopens the store after 5 different clients leave she then opens the doors after her friends get there…
Boss should check the cameras.

2 people working together and as a team. Guy who made sandwich was kind and courteous. Lady as well. They were fast and efficient.

The service was super slow. All of the vegetables and cheese were all dried out and all brown and old.

I order online on my smartphone and I went into the store to pick up my order, after getting into my car I noticed that my sandwich did not have double meet and I paid like $ 1.50 more for that modification. So I went into the store placed my sandwich on the counter in front of the other customers and I told her to do it again and get it right. She being the manager of this store immediately started accusing me of throwing my sandwich around instead of taking responsibility for her and her teams action and she refused to fix the sub so I threatens her to either give me my money back or I will call the cops. They also asked me what was wrong with the sub and I said I’m not going to answer that question because the order that came thru on paper was perfectly clear and if they want to fix it then they can go dig the paper out of the trash sinse they did not want to take the time to get it right before they thru that paper away. The manager finally gave me my money back the amount was not correct so I then told her that and she would not listen… still choosing to be stuburn instead of yielding at the customer. I had to go out to my car to get my smart phone and I had to provoke her to look at the order on my phone so that she can see what the total was.
