Sugarwish

I was having some trouble this morning with the website/​maybe paypal and was super frustrated with why my order wouldn’t go through. I sent sugarwish an email and they IMMEDIATELY called me to take care of it. We couldn’t narrow down why my order still wouldn’t load, but she walked me through the steps several times and even tested it herself. Extremely friendly, took care of my issue and was very apologetic even though it was most likely an issue with paypals site. After several attempts we finally got my order through. I will definitely be telling everyone I know how great this company is. Such a breath of fresh air to receive genuine customer service. Not to mention the product and concept is adorable. Thank you!
