Great service, great customization. I went in with some cheap glasses I got from Hong Kong over the Internet that had broken, but which I loved the lens shape on, and they were able to match that shape exactly as a custom process. When I was picking them up and tried them on, I noticed they fell off too easily. One quick adjustment while I was there, and ever since they’ve been solid on me – I even wear them to the gym and they don’t fall off while doing suspended spinal erector exercises face down. Then I went two years later for some cosmetic adjustments, which they happily did — along with a deep cleaning — no questions asked. They are pricey, so I don’t recommend going unless you have insurance.

I had an appointment last week to see my eye doctor that visit went very well however when it came time to have my prescription refilled for my glasses that was a different story. When I came into there optical store there was another customer who was being helped by another sales person. He never said hello I’ll be with in a moment he just ignored us but we waited around for ten minutes and was about to leave when a women came in she was the other sales person, Again no smile no hello she seemed to be disturbed that she had to do some work after all she was talking with the receptionists in the doctors office. How I know this I was paying my co-pay at the desk and she was there gossiping and laughing about something when she should have been watching her own store for customers. Both sales people looked and acted unprofessional and constipated. It was obvious she didn’t want to be there. I told her I wanted to use my old frames because I loved them and they worked for me. I guess that was the wrong thing to say because she was very annoyed and no commission for her I suspect. I then told her I just want the new lens prescription on the old glasses. I almost forgot before I showed her any type of insurance I had she wrote up the bill and said that will be $ 597.00. She was trying to make a quick sale and thought I was stupid. She didn’t ask any questions which she should have in the first place I suspect she never heard of CONSULTATION! Her name is Alberta Sena avoid her if you do go there and the other sales person(male) as well needless to say I left and never going back. In fact go to Mark’s Optical in Denver their great and great customer service and better selection and pricing. There their for you not themselves.
