This is my all time favorite jewelry store. My husband and I moved away from Denver 5 years ago, but whenever we’re in town, I must stop in and shop. Not only is the jewelry exquisite and unique, the rest of their items are wonderful too. I’ve bought clothing, gifts, and even picture frames. Sharon is very knowledgeable about the source and quality of the materials in the jewelry, and I learn something new everytime I visit. Now… if I could just stop losing one darned earring… GRRR!

This place is great! I have been twice now and I am very impressed with quality and variety of items offer. I love unique earrings, and ones from local artists. This is totally the place for me. It appears as though everything was hand chosen for the store and there isn’t two of the same anything. It is all super unique. The woman that has helped me both times has been very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back for some more of just about anything. *This is a beautiful neighborhood to do some shopping in. Take a walk!

An awesome place with awesome stuff from around the world. Great prices, beautifully designed and unique jewelry with pieces of stunning quality. It’s simply the best place for all the women on my shopping list! Everything is from a far away place, hand made, hand picked, unique, of excellent quality and stunning beauty. There’s no place better in the region for unique Asian jewelry!

This place is great for gifts, jewelry, and other cute little things. And the prices are surprisingly good amidst a sea of expensive boutiques. I always come here when I’m looking for something unique and fun.

Lots of cool jewelry and ethnic stuff. Kind of similar to Ten Thousand Villages but I think the prices are a bit steeper here. Staff always friendly when I go in. Lots of unique merchandise to pour over.

Its a little pricey but its worth it. The jewelry has a fair trade vibe, whether it is or not I don’t know. I do know the owners travel to get pieces so what you find will be unique. This is where I get grad, b-day, etc. gifts. Dogs are allowed in the store(well behaved) and they always have treats on hand. Service is usually good, but you can tell when they aren’t interested in helping.

Garnet Gecko imports great silver jewelry and other wares from the«east» and has a great selection of jewelry, tapestrys, art, incense, candles, clothes, scarves and other unique items. We’ve been shopping here for years and I am consistently complimented on the items I wear form here. The prices are reasonable and you can always be guaranteed to find a little something for that someone special.

#1 place to shop for my mom. A great place to buy imported jewelery. They have unique stuff, the prices are reasonable, and they seem committed to paying the artisans fair prices. Seems like I find something I like, and can afford, every time I go looking

While passing by, Garnet Gecko looked like a rejected jewelry shop from touristy strips in Estes Park or even Boulder’s Pearl Street Mall. But once I was in there, I found a wide variety of stuff. Lot of imported wares, yet at reasonable prices. To be honest, for guys, this joint is a good place to shop for your«lady friend»(or mom). Be sure to check out their bargain rack in the rear, right-side of the store. Overall, the Gecko has out-of-the-ordinary gifts that you can’t find at Super Target. Worth your time for that reason alone. Parking’s only available on the street. But that usually isn’t an issue, since most folks like to get out and walk this entire block. The staff are exceptionally friendly, good-natured, talkative and helpful. Okay… so that’s another reason why this spot is worth your time.
