True Health Acupuncture

Kira at true health is great! I’ve been to a lot of different acupuncturists and she’s definitely one of the best. I have problems with anxiety and upset stomach and the treatment she gave me helped a lot. I felt relaxed very quickly once the treatment started and even my nausea calmed down after a while. You can tell she knows what she is doing and that she really listens to you. Thanks Kira!

Let me start off by saying that Kira is fabulous! I had been horribly ill for over 6 days. I was bed-​ridden and unable to work, and even spent 2 days basically in and out of sleep. It was bad. and I needed to try to get back to work sooner than later. So I booked an appointment at True Health Acupuncture for a treatment. She did a cupping and acupuncture treatment. By the morning I was mountains better. I was even able to take my mother to the pre-​planned brunch for her birthday. Afterwards I was back in bed, but each day I got better. I had never tried cupping and I must say, it can work miracles.
After some stressors a week later I was sick again, but after 2 days I saw Kira and the treatment worked beautifully. I was feeling much better by the next day and was able to enjoy thanksgiving with my family. She also did some gorgeous crystal ear beads that have lasted an impressive amount of time. I rubbed them throughout the day and the amount of improvement I got in just one treatment makes me a solid believer.
