Based on my experience I just hope that the food doesnt also make me sick since I’m just getting over the flu. For starters they told me that it was going to be an eight minute wait for grill chicken that’s understandable sometimes that happens but the entire time through the drive-through I could hear people in the background talking and I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or them. when I pulled up to the drive-through window her back was leaning against the window, and I could just see all the disgusting fingerprints all over the window. After a few minutes she opened the window and I promptly paid. she gave me a bag that was missing the other piece of my food the manager came up and wanted to throw that in the bag as well and then I mentioned they were also missing my fries. She said that I didn’t pay for them but she would give them to me anyways. Clearly I paid for them because the total didn’t add up without it, so please don’t pretend to do me a favor. When the girl handed me the bag which had all my food in it, she open the window just enough to be able to stick her arm out and handed it to me not even looking at me, just the arm… I really hope this food does not make me sick

I was in a rush and needed some quick fast food to calm my hunger just a tad bit. Wendy’s once again fails to meet my expectations! I don’t know why they solely promise great experience when they don’t train their fellow people to have great listening ears and follow simple directions. I specifically told the lady I wanted 5 of the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a strawberry lemonade. I’ve shouldn’t have felt flattered when my total was only around $ 5, because now when I got my order, I indeed only had one burger and the other workers there were almost giving me this«we accuse you of lying,» tone because their employee legitimately charged me for 1 of the burgers. When I even tried to remind her of my order, she playfully cut me off from speaking claiming she had heard me, but clearly she did not! Now the rest of the workers there thought I was trying to scam them of getting free burgers and I’m offended as hell. Just speaking of this particular experiences resulted a 1 star.

What can I say. It took 20 mins to get my food. The whole time it was just sitting there. When I finally got it I sat a dirty table. Then I tried another table they were all dirty. The manager was a lady and was extremely slow. Get it together.

This Wendy’s runs a scam! They charge for«event parking» anywhere between 10 and 20 dollars, on the weekends, they put a ticket in your window and tell you to park and as soon as you leave they tow your car thus getting you for a parking fee and then extorting you to get your car from impound. The owner of this Wendy’s franchise is running the most dishonest racquet I have ever seen. Little more than a car theft operation… Never ever eat or pay to park here… Unless of course you want to be extorted. This Wendy’s doesn’t even attempt to serve any sort of quality food(read some of the other reviews) and I would hypothesize that is because they make more money running a parking scam than they do totally failing to cook fast food. … Total FAIL on the part of this business owner and the Wendy’s Brand for continuing to allow this franchise to tarnish the good reputations of Other Wendy’s franchise holders, who actually have an interest in serving their customers.

Went through the drive thru, I ordered a homestyle chicken combo, requested a small fry and a small coke ended up with a large fry and a large coke that was okay… but the whole time the person taking my order was giggling and carrying on and so when I got home with my order I had the worst chicken it was like total leather. That’s probably why they were all giggling.

I’m not sure what’s worse the mediocre food quality or the abysmal service. In addition to the Colfax Avenue locked bathroom hobo sweat ambiance the staff here is as slow as I’ve ever seen at a Wendy’s. The standards have plummeted since Dave Thomas died and this location is a singular example of apathy towards the customers. If the company won’t close this location then the health department should.

Everything about this Wendy’s sucks! The employees are rude and not professional at all. Everything take forever to make because they stand around and have personal conversation.

This Wendy’s establishment must be ran with all employee’s that just started. Going through the drive thru I placed my order so simple just a # 2 and I drove off thinking they can’t mess up there job is way to easy… And all I had in the bag was the extra side I order the whole meal no where to be found. Goodbye $$$ I recommend you avoid this place completely try the Wendy’s 25 miles away I’m sure they won’t mess up your order.

I love wendys. I love it. But if i can give you one piece of advice. It has to be; DONTSPENDYOURMONEYATTHISLOCATION. Because they clearly dont want it. After waiting in the drive through line for 15 min, we pulled up to the speaker to order, and the lights turned out. The girl on the other end told us we «hadn’t been in line, and that they were closed» Im a reasonable person. I understand you need to close down. But telling me i wasn’t in line, when i clearly was, is ridiculous. I can only hope that management reads this. If it was my franchise, heads would roll for treating customers this way.

I don’t usually give 1 star reviews, but the service here is consistently awful. The last two times I’ve been here I have ordered, and then waited as the person in line behind me gets their food first, and then asked again what I ordered. It is a busy location, and they are clearly understaffed. Update: On another trip I had better service. Gains a star.

If I could give this establishment a negative star rating; I would. We have visited this location previously and over looked the lack of professionalism and horrible horrible service/product that is provided. Our last visit takes the cake. We pulled up to the speaker to hear Nicki Minaj blaring through the speaker, fine… We will wait while the staff enjoys their jams. A few minutes later a males voice is heard muffled through the music commanding us to order. Fine… We order. We dont recieve a response, but continue to enjoy the latest and greatest hits. A few minutes later, «are you ready» comes from the speaker. We begin to order yet again and are cut off half way through a sentence with an order total. We weren’t directed to pull forward, asked further questions or even upsold. We live a block away! We have made the conscious decision to drive further away if we want a quick bite rather then stop right across the street on the way home. Wendy would disapprove!

Went there on a Friday night, couldn’t find anywhere to park. They had event parking but nothing saved for customers. Strike one. After ordering and receiving my food the cashier assured me everything was correct. According to my receipt, I did not get all of the food I ordered, on top of cold food along with the order not being correct. Strike 2. To put the cherry on top, no spoon with my chili! Do u expect customers to drink it like coffee? After attempting to call the store 5 times, NOANSWER! Way to own up. Will not go back, I’ll drive a little further and go to Taco Bell! Thanks but no thanks! =)

This is a terrible Wendy’s! I work pretty close to this location, so I’ve stopped here twice in the past month and that’s twice too many. The first time I went I ordered a salad, and it was fine. I ordered a cheeseburger kid’s meal, and they didn’t put the cheeseburger in the bag. I get that mistakes happen, but come on. What stinks is I didn’t catch it until I got all the way home. Today, I ordered the salad, and requested grilled chicken, and got crispy. Again, didn’t catch it until I got home. To top it off, I found a black hair in my salad, and my hair is colored bright red. Eww!

Its a Wendys and its within a 5 min walk from my house. Food is decent. The Service takes forever when they arent even that busy. And How the hell does someone order behind me and get their food first? Oh Yea because she was a Rude A$$ B**CH who grabbed my bag. I hope Karma caught up with her and she was in the Loo all night. But I digress Traffic can suck getting out of this Wendys too at certain times. I would prefer good times across the street.

Today it snowed its butt off. My car was stuck, and the restaurants in walking distance were my choice for lunch. Hence Wendy’s. I chose from the Value Menu and ordered a Monterey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries and a Pepsi. The order taker was very friendly and efficient, as was the counter worker who delivered the meal. The place looked clean and the condiment bar was well stocked and easy to use. The chair and table were comfortable and next to a cleanly washed window. OK, you’ve now heard all the good things about my experience. The rest. .. not so much. The encouraging news, however, is that I think they’ve improved from where they were before(I read that they just overtook Burger King to become #2 behind Mickey D’s in gross annual sales). Of the 3 things I had, I’d rate with the Pepsi coming in first; the fries second, and the chicken sandwich a distant third. Nothing was burnt or spoiled. It’s just that if you ate the sandwich with your eyes closed you would have guessed it was the following: fried meat product topped by semi-melted cheese product, served on a soft processed white flour bun with ranch dressing. The price, with tax, was $ 3.21. Last week, I stopped off at Whole Foods. Went to their salad bar and made myself a fresh spinach salad with lots of raw sliced mushrooms, beets, hard-boiled egg slices, peas, roma tomatoes, salmon, croutons and balsamic vinegar dressing for $ 3.23(not including my $.69 cents natural sugar soda). You decide.

Just another Wendy’s location, right? Well, this one comes with homeless, beggars, and drunks. I still stop here from time to time during my metaphysical and gothic excursions on Colfax but I do not go in anymore after previously spending thirty minutes dining near what may have been an expired homeless guy. The food at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh, crisp, hot, and so on and, others, it’s … not. The second is star is simply because I Wendy’s is my place of choice when I want a burger after Jack in the Box when considering fast food venues.

How often is it when you actually get something extra for free at a fast food joint because you had to wait for something you ordered that wasn’t readily available at the time? Well it happened to me a few weeks ago. It was just a simple 2 orders of their 5-piece chicken nuggets. And because they didn’t have any ready, I had to wait and when I finally got my order the staff person told me that they had given me an extra order because I had to wait. My first thought was«Wow!» Now I didn’t need another order of nuggets, but the fact that they gave me something for free that I didnt have to bitch and complain to someone for was a surprise to me. Dave Thomas would be proud of that type of customer service.
