Tim Hortons

Bring it on. Oh it’s already been broughton. Tim it on. Oh it’s already been Hortoned.
This location is very inconsistent and tends not to get the order right. It’ll either be not sweet enough, or it’ll be lukewarm. Also I’ve noticed employees smoking outside and getting annoyed that customers are coming, which is no way to go about business. So it scores 2. The extra star only because they do sometimes get it right, once or twice anyway.
Chain info: Canadian coffee chain that is literally all over Buffalo, where I always order the 4 & 4 which you should try… it’s very milky and very sweet and very delicious. It is for a good friend, but I always have some of it first (since I’m usually paying for it these days) and then judge it compared to all the other locations in town.
And if you get your haircut here, then it’s Trim Hortons.

While it’s great there’s coffee shops popping up all over NY this location doesn’t make sense to me. About a mile and a half north there’s a Timmy’s and likewise south and the east. The area is saturated with hortons! This is the worst location by far! It’s located in a residential/​small business district, the parking lot is confusing to most people. Those who feel like cutting other cars in line go straight while the sign points drive through to the right! It’s a nice way to tick off people during rush hour who «actually follow directions» versus those who feel they need to cut you in line! TERRIBLE layout to say the least! A left turn can be made only when you catch a green light leaving this location.
What to expect from here? Same Tim hortons fare with extra headaches to go with! Other locations are so close nearby I suggest avoiding this one! Especially in the morning! GOOD LUCK!
