Often have a bad experience here. Mostly during the day, the lady at the counter seems to be annoyed that your even there. Maybe she needs a new job.

I stop here almost daily for soda and gas — sometimes a few times a day. Fountain sodas are .75 so you can’t go wrong. The staff is always cool and remembers most of us regulars. Snack variety is ok at best. They only have the basic candy bars — no airheads or sour patch kids(which my wife and kids always want). Gas prices are constantly changing and normally the lowest in town or within a few cents of the lowest. Restrooms are clean by gas station standards. Overall — great. See you there tomorrow.

This review is based on a very recent poor customer service experience at the Derry Irving Circle K and DOESNOT reflect my high opinion of the many other Irving Circle K locations I’ve done business with. This Irving Circle K is open 24 hours and is located at the corner of Bypass 28 and Tsienneto Road. I’ve stopped here countless times for gas, coffee, snacks, and large fountain drinks since they have an ongoing special of 89 cents for any size fountain drink, 97 cents with tax. The gas prices here are not the cheapest in town. The cheapest gas in town can be found at 7 Eleven and Shell, located along Rockingham Road south of the Clam Haven. Where do I start? I stopped at the Derry Irving Circle K very recently to refill my large cup with Diet Pepsi. I need the caffeine for my daily drives. It took me a while to refill the big cup since the carbonation was set really high. The place was very busy, so I stood in the single long line at the register with two cashiers. I get up to the register with money all ready, but I was charged $ 1.08 instead of the 97 cents. I question this charge and point to the big sign 89CENTSANYSIZE, but the old grumpy woman cashier grumbles my cup is over 32 oz. The big sign reads ANYSIZE and I tell the cashier I’ve been charged 97 cents everytime at other Irving Circle K locations including Salem, Hudson, Raymond, both Hooksett locations, Concord, and this location too. The grouchy cashier would have none of that and grumbles that other workers are not doing their job and grumbles give me $ 1.08. How can the other Circle K workers not be doing their jobs, when I’m being charged 97 cents everytime consistently for the past several months? Apparently, that old woman cashier at the Derry Circle K is not doing her job and is very ignorant and rude! I was too tired to argue and pay the $ 1.08 knowing I was overcharged by a measly 11 cents. It’s not about the money, but about the principle that the customer should always be right. Apparently, this is not the case at the Derry Irving Circle K. I’d avoid the Derry location from now on. Irving Circle K really needs to get rid of the bad apples who still work here. This one had some worms. NOTE: The map location(in Auburn) is incorrect unless you like water.
