Speedway

Located at the corner of Birch St & Rockingham Rd in Derry, this 24-​hour gas station with convenience mart and attached Dunkin Donuts with Drive Thru was recently renovated and rebranded from a Hess Express station into a Speedway.
Like before, there are 12 vehicle fueling positions (10 unleaded pumps and 2 diesel pumps). Similar to Hess, this Speedway mart is a good sized convenience store offering the basic convenience store items such as snacks, candy, cooler drinks, walk-​in beer cave, smokes, cold self serve fountain drinks, newspapers, miscellaneous items, NH Lottery ticket machine, propane, and bagged ice. Hot roller items and hot dogs offered at this location, but no pizza here (Manchester-​Queen City Ave location has pizza). ATM on premises. The Dunkin Donuts is connected to this Speedway, but is a separate business with its own interior and exterior doors. The gas prices here are competitive with other gas stations in the Derry area.
I stop here often to gas up my ride and fill up my huge plastic soda mug with ice cold Diet Pepsi from the fountain. Currently, they are offering any size fountain drink for only 69 cents plus tax. I also use my Speedy Rewards card (free to join) to earn points and free items including free fountain drinks (buy 6 get the 7^th free). Speedway also offered 10 cent per gallon of gas rollbacks to Speedy Rewards members. With the gas prices here already competitive, the 10 cent off per gallon (Speedy Reward discount) made this gas station the cheapest price for regular unleaded gas in NH. The Shell station up the street had a cheaper price only if you bought a car wash.
I would’ve given this location 4 stars, but some of the staff at this location need to be trained in giving out receipts/​Speedy Rewards point balance slips/​coupons to customers. About every 3 out of 4 visits, I had to ask for my receipt from the cashier here, which automatically prints out upon purchase. The receipt could be my points balance and/​or a free coupon for a beverage or snack item. One guy working here already crumpled up my receipt faster than I could ask for it.
