I have been to the Rally House in Brentwood to purchase some Blues apparel. I felt like the Brentwood location is quite a bit bigger than this one but I was in the area doing some shopping so I decided to stop by and see if I can find anything small enough to fit inside a stocking. Coming in, I noticed the staff were mostly in the back of the store. Some of them were busy restocking while others were helping some clients. Nobody really greeted me as I come in which is fine but someone did ask if I needed help a little later. The store is fairly organized. Some of the prices are slightly steep. For example, I recently bought an infinity scarf during a Blues game and found the exact same one here for $ 7 more than what I paid(and no, they weren’t the game item of the night). When I found a little something and was ready to check out, an associate helped me quickly and even asked for my ID after she noticed the note on the back of my debit card. I do appreciate that. I have been to too many uncaring places with assumptions that if you are carrying the card, then it must be yours. Overall, I had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and the store had something for almost every Missouri team sports fan.

You would be better off going to the Rally House in Brentwood or Chesterfield. The staff at this store is young and pushy. I recently walked into the store for a Cardinal shirt with the manager yelling at an associate over the phone. It was uncomfortable and totally inappropriate for management. I left. She ended up taking her business outside of store but after customers got an earful already. The store always seems empty so perhaps it has to do with poor customer service. My advice would be to adapt a less aggressive sales approach and hire more mature management. I happened in because I shop at the grocery store in the same plaza. The last time I went in a sales associate named Erika would not stop pestering me and called herself the acting manager. I won’t shop at this location anymore. You can shop up the street at West County Mall for a better shopping experience.
