Friendly, fast lunch service which is what we were after since we were between meetings. Everyone enjoyed their burgers(two beef, one veggie) and a salad. We were in and out in under 45 minutes and our drinks were filled at all times! Well done!

We always come here because it is my daughters favorite restaurant. She loves the Mac N Cheese. It’s really the only mac n cheese she’ll eat. They also have free refills on it again which is a bonus. All the burgers are good, and you can sub gardenburgers or vegan boca patties if you so desire.

This is for the pre sitting service we received. We were told we had a 30 minute wait and 30 minutes into the wait we were informed that the table they had already selected to seat us at had just received their appetizers — as if that was supposed to be comforting. I understand we were a larger party(7) but instead of putting tables together they continued to seat parties that arrived over 60 Minutes after we arrived — my rating is for the indifferent and caustic customer service we received.

Not sure what this restaurant is going through but we used to have enjoyable meals here. The past three visits for our family have been awful. Last night my husband and son visited and received what they termed as horrible service. Their waiter was no where to be seen after initially greeting them. Empty water glasses, lack of ability to get new drinks etc. Also had the joy of overhearing the kitchen staff yelling at each other and saying how understaffed they were. This follows a visit last time where we waited over an hour to get food. Sorry Red Robin, I think we may venture elsewhere until you get things figured out.

Who doesn’t like red robin, honestly? The freckled lemonade(which can be spiked), delicious burgers, and bottomless fries are excellent! The campfire fry sauce is one of the best inventions of this century! Yes this place is family oriented and can be down right rowdy with kids yelling and running around, but your food will be delicious and worth the surrounding chaos. They now have table devices that you pay your bill on, can order food on, and play games on(for a fee). As cool as the idea of playing games at a restaurant is, is that really going to help families connect with eachother at dinner? Just a question.

STILLNOWIFI! But toucan spend $ 1.99 to play games on yet another table-top addition from the restaurant famous for table-top crowding! They are cautious of food allergies ! That’s nice! Thevve remodeled a bit, but many of the bench seats are very broken-in and sit quite low, and the booths are fixed in-place…would be great for a soup place!

Love their burgers, so many options to chose from. Really recommend their onion rings, huge and crispy

We appreciate Red Robin, and we seem to wind up there for all kinds of Birthday parties and the like for the kids. Menu is solid, and we’ve never left hungry. Service is good. We like the electronic tablets they have at the tables. The«watch-out» for this particular red robin is to be sure you hold them accountable on their mixed drinks. It reminds us a of an all inclusive resort where you order the piña colada and its more pina than colada. We have sent more mixed drinks back at this restaurant than any other. Outside of that, its a good value, and five stars for food and family friendliness.

Look red Robin is a decent value, and a great place to go with the family when you have kids. At this particular store it has been our experience that beer and wine are fine to order, but when ordering hard alcohol the drinks tend to generally be persistently and extremely weak. This is been our experience over multiple visits and the experience of our friends as well. So my recommendation would be that if you go drink only beer and wine.

What a DISASTER! I want to make sure that our waitress gets credit for trying hard(Mercedes) other than that the meal was a flop! At Mercedes urging we tried the Pretzel Bites for an appetizer. They were over cooked to the point of being DARK brown. Since was my first attempt at this appetizer at this restaurant we tried them. BLEHCLEARLYOVERCOOKED. How they got out of the kitchen like that and then not only the server who brought them but our waitress didn’t recognize the poor quality is truly disappointing and points to a lack of attention from management. We placed our orders and waited. While we were waiting our waitress had a 13 top and 9 top assigned to her. At that point our party of 3 became non existent. Instead of assigning someone to assist our waitress she was left to fend for herself and we received no attention from there on out. Our meals were served and I had ordered a burger with blue cheese crumbles. When entering the order Mercedes even confirmed as she entered it into the computer that I wanted the crumbles instead of the blue cheese sauce. What did I get? Blue cheese sauce and no crumbles. Unfortunately no one was checking up on us and I was not able to bring this to anyone’s attention for 20 minutes. By that time I had eaten half the burger. The French fries were sporadically cooked. Some cooked properly and some limp as a piece of cooked spaghetti. Lastly the empty glasses and dirty appetizer dishes stayed piled on our table as we tried to eat. Not once during the meal did I see anyone even appear to be overseeing the dining room. My advice, skip this restaurant and Mercedes should go work somewhere that the management supports her instead of leaving her to fail!

Food is decent. You can find healthy options. Service not so much. We may have stopped in on an off day. We were sat at the bar and the service lacked. We were never checked on or offered offered refills.

I go here on semi-regular basis, mostly out of convenience as I prefer to eat at locally owned restaurants over major chains. But this place has quite a few options when it comes to burgers and sides. AND the sides are bottomless(or at least the steak fries, sweet potato fries and broccoli). As for dessert — their shakes are fine. The main thing they’ve got going for them is the fact that they are HUGE. But my favorite sweet is their Mud Pie. It’s made mostly out of ice cream. I would recommend ordering it at the same time as your burgers so it has time to soften while you eat your entrée. The service is spotty. When I went earlier today, it was great. And it has been on many other occasions. But there have also been many times where our service was extremely slow and inattentive. This is particularly frustrating if you really want to take advantage of the bottomless aspect.

I really appreciate Red Robins. They have veggie burgers that don’t taste awful! Win! I love that the kid meals have fruit or vegetable options, which my kids always choose. I get a plain veggie patty with just mushrooms and tomatoes. No bun. I know, not too exciting, but I spend all the calories on never-ending fries :) I also got the hummus platter last time and my kids and I devoured it. Definitely a fan of their hummus! Our server was nice, attentive. He did forget our refills, but that wasn’t the end of the world. I wish they didn’t keep the restaurant so freezing! But that’s what restaurants seem to like to do. My daughter declared this her favorite restaurant, so I’m sure we’ll be back every time it’s her turn to pick where we go for dinner. And I’m ok with that.

Food at Red Robin is fairly consistent across the country… but the service can be all over the place. We probably eat at Red Robin 4 – 5 times a year, but the service we received from Lindy at the Des Peres Red Robin was not only the best we’ve had at a Red Robin, but maybe anywhere. Lindy rocks… …next time we’ll call ahead and ask for her.

We came here for a birthday party for my niece and had a great time. Our party of 15 was seated immediately. We started with 2 servers but ended up only having 1 for our visit. It was lunch time so we had the specials to pick from, and were eager for the bottomless fries. I ordered the appetizer buffalo wings, with pretzel bites. It arrived in a timely manner, nice and hot and instantly devoured as it was very good. My husband got the burger with fries and he had a full tummy with it at the end. The service was great, despite having to wait a bit for refills but that’s only because they assigned just the one person to us. We were quite happy that they sang to my niece for her birthday, not many places do that anymore.

I really like Red Robin for what it is. Then again, I only get the gourmet cheeseburger(lettuce and mayo only) with fries and sometimes the shortie onion ring tower as a starter, because I love the red sauce with the onion rings. On this recent visit though, I got the Tavern Double. Although a double, the burger patties were smaller, and the sandwich was more my size with a tasty tavern sauce. I didn’t feel as over-full as I do with the gourmet cheeseburger. I would recommend either of these sandwiches and the shortie onion ring stack.

We visited the Red Robin for the first time. Beautiful building and nice decorations made me a little nervous. I thought it is a place like Burger King, I was totally wrong. There are some interesting drinks. I really wanted to try the frozen blue moon. Unfortunately, I was under the weather yesterday. My husband ordered a Freckled lemonade, $ 4.49. Lots of people ordered this. Free refill, pretty nice. After the meal, our waitress asked us if we want another refill for Freckled lemonade in a to-go cup. She was super sweet. Fish and chips, $ 12.99. The fried fish was pretty good. We all like the fish. There were 2 sizes of fries in my basket, the small ones were over fried. Tavern double burger $ 6.99. Simple and nice. Love it. I would like to give 5 stars for this Red Robin. However, there were some small oil drops and something floating on my water. I think the environments can be better.

I enjoyed my meal at Red Robin the other day. I don’t normally frequent chain restaurants; however, I was out in West County helping a friend move and Red Robin just sounded good to me. I was in the mood for some fries, and I love how they have unlimited fries so it was a plan! We arrived on a Monday around 6PM. I think others in the area had the same idea to dine out that night because the restaurant was pretty packed. There wasn’t a wait, but most of the tables were filled as we were walking through. The hostess walked us over to our table and told us that our server would be right over. A few seconds later Leslie came over to introduce herself to us. She was friendly and very energetic. Leslie offered recommendations(I have only ever eaten at a Red Robin 1 other time in my life) since I didn’t know what to order. I asked her about her turkey burger suggestions and she made a few. She took our drink order and gave us a few minutes to look over the menu. By the time she returned we were ready to order. I went with her recommendation; the Banzai Turkey Burger(glazed in teriyaki and topped with grilled pineapple, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo); solid choice. My friend ordered something, but I can’t remember what it was… it was a burger. We both opted for the fries as our sides. The food we delivered pretty quickly and Leslie came over to check on us as soon as we got our food. I asked for honey mustard and she recommended some honey mustard/poppy seed dipping sauce… okay, I’ll try it. She came over a few minutes later with the dipping sauce for me to try and I enjoyed it; very tasty! The turkey burger was really good and after I was finished with my fries(they only gave like 8 fries in the first basket) I asked for another order. Fries were then brought out in a huge basket for us to share! This was more like it. I ate my entire burger and maybe a few more fries before I was full. What a great meal. I am sure it was not very healthy, but who cares, I enjoyed it. Overall, this was a good restaurant experience and the customer service was pretty awesome thanks to Leslie! I can see myself visiting again(probably for the onion rings)!

It was okay but nothing spectacular. They must have been short staffed as the service was spotty. I got a burger with pineapple. It wasn’t very good but that is what I get for putting pineapple on a hamburger. I have been before and it was a lot better than this last visit. I can think of other places that are better and probably won’t rush back any time soon.

We were in West County running errands and it was lunch time. A burger, endless fries and a tower of onion rings sounded like a good deal. Allison had mentioned a free burger for birthdays on the talk thread and I wanted to get signed up for my next bd. We all like free things, especially when it is food. Our lunch began with a Tower of Onion Rings. The tower is 13 rings tall and there is nothing unlucky about this #13. These rings are sweet yellow onion, breaded & crisply fried. They offer two sauces, tangy campfire and ranch. We both preferred the tangy campfire over the ranch. It just offered a move flavorful kick. I’ve recently developed a fondness for Jalapenos and when I saw the Burnin’ Love burger, I knew my name was grilled on it. Visualize a big Red Robin burger seasoned with cayenne, topped with crispy fried jalapeño coins, tangy salsa and pepper jack cheese. In addition they add a couple traditional burger toppings of lettuce and tomato. Then it is all served on a Jalapeño Cornmeal Kaiser Roll with a smear of chipotle aioli. Of course it was served with those endless steak fries. The SO enjoyed his Whiskey River BBQ Burger which is basted in their bourbon-infused Whiskey River BBQ sauce, then topped with cheddar cheese and onion straws. Like my Burnin Love, they also added lettuce and tomato. All of this served between a Sesame Seed bun with a dab of mayo. As we enjoyed our burgers, I was busy using my smart phone to sign up for their Red Royalty rewards program. Lucky me, I didn’t have to wait till next year for my birthday burger. When they swiped my card to activate it, it rewarded me with my burger and my birthday was earlier this month. For a chain, Red Robin gets a thumbs up. Good burgers, Very good Onion Rings and endless Steak Fries(I never order more) and good customer service. Not to mention their boozy milk shakes. I always come during the week for lunch to avoid the load noise made by kids who frequent this place.
