Defining customer service — this is what WeatherGuard does on a daily basis.
In the middle of the worst winter we’ve had, furnace dies. Called several companies, all addressing the «new furnace» solution. I chose WeatherGuard. All well and wonderful and yet in a couple of weeks, the furnace dies once more. The owner arrives, we hope it fixes the issue, all well. And yet with another hit of winter, the furnace dies again. Several solutions tried and finally, we change the entire drainage solution and… voila — it works! Despite the glitches with the product (and exhaust/​drainage solution within the home), the owner, Dharmen, took all my calls, even if at 4 am or 11 pm, came to assess the problem and never gave up until we found the solution! I cannot say enough of how incredibly patient and determined Dharmen has been in trying to resolve and in succeeding to fix the problem with our heating. He checked on us, he emailed, SMS-​ed, called… how amazing is this???
Bravo to Dharmen and his team for being there for the customer, for not giving up and for standing by their promise to make things work! Bravo for a job well done, beginning to end!

I had been getting quotes from many HVAC companies and everyone was wayyyyy expensive. Dharmen was the best priced and with a good high end model American Standard. He absolutley worked with my budget and schedule and explained everything step by step. The installation was fast, clean, and efficient they took care ofeverything. MY unit works great and my co worker recently had his put in by anothercompany but paid double and I could not believe how well priced this unit was. Also he quoted me one price for 24 ft of coil but i ended up needing 35ft n although i know that is alot more he said he quoted me a price hes going to stick with the price. Other companies dont care how tight your budget may be thy will say its extra so i really respect that he stood by his word. Also, Brian’s posts sounds nothing like Dharmen because he was resonable from the beginning.
