Days Inn & Suites DeSoto

Were staying here for long periods of time since we relocated for work. The first couple days was good, the breakfast is decent but adter the first couple days the roim started to feel SO humid. And the floors in the bedriim and bathroom felt wet and sticky. The bathroom had no ventilation so when you took showers the humidity stayed in there and made all the towels stink. We were on tbe first floor because we had our dogs and luckly we had our dog gate to put in the door so we can circulate the air. But once the doors closed. It stinks. Our keys get deactivated everyday so were constantly up at the front desk after awhile it gets fusterating andnto make it wors the lady who works at the front desk in the mid morning/​afternoon is RUDE. She isnt approachable at all. Now we have to wait till 11 so hopefully they have an available room for us.

I would give this place zero stars if I could horrible customer relations with front desk… When asked about shuttle service they just give you a huge run around… The front desk could careless to help out the hotel guest… Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at… I hope to never return
