This company is unscrupulous to the point of criminal. DO NOT USE THEM under any circumstances.
They tried to cheat me out of money, and used my credit card without my authorization, instead of just to hold a reservation. They wanted to charge extra for water in the limo. The man I dealt with, Russell, was rude to the point of surliness.
I finally had to consult counsel, who advised me to contest the charges at my bank. They tried to charge tax, which is illegal in Florida. So when I called them on that, they back off.
I had to cancel my credit card and start all over looking for a good, solid business to trust with my daughter’s and my transportation needs.
It was a horrible start to what should have been a fun planning experience for our spring break. Please beware and start your online search elsewhere!
