I’ve been coming here for years… why? cause it’s close to the fam house and I pass it everyday to work The service has changed over the last few years though… :( The«Barista’s are not so friendly/hardly smile and act as if they’re doing you a huge favor! If you ask for a drink with extra whip and/or extra chocolate drizzle/caramel it’s no problem but they give you the drink in a «tall» cup overstuffed/without a napkin and a broken lid!!! seriously!!! wtf AS for Food — I hate having to ask for napkins when I order«food». common sense tells you that about 99% of the human race would need a freaking napkin with their food — so why not just give everyone at least one! Ohhh and if you order 2 food items like a thai style bistro box and breakfast or something… your lucky if they ask you if you’d like a bag — or give you one without asking. .oh yeah and napkins! smh I sometimes bypass this one to drive further to another one… sucks though!

This place is always out of something. Certain types of tea, straws, stoppers, you name it, they are probably out of it. Plus the place is always super packed! Save yourself the headache and go to one of the other three starbucks nearby.

Eww red headed Starbucks girl, no one likes being up early in the morning but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude

This Starbucks location gets really packed. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to study and almost everyone in the store was studying as well. I’m not sure if the store was under-staffed, but I had to wait for awhile until someone came to take my order. I was literally standing there for a few minutes until one of the baristas finally acknowledged me and let me know she would be there in just a moment to take my order. Starbucks is currently having their treat receipt promotion going on. So after 2pm I got to choose a pastry for $ 1 and got the almond croissant. It did not taste fresh at all. It was a bit stale and tasted like it was made the day before. The coffee tasted fine and I like how this location is a great place to study though.

Our drive thru barista was very professional, friendly and had a great smile!!! If he was having a bad day or hated his job I would never know it. I’m just sorry I didn’t get his name. He was an African American with who worked the drive thru on 4÷7÷16 @ 11:16am I just want to encourage his great attitude and hope his boss and coworkers appreciate him as much as we did. Honestly it was his friendly smile(so simple) that made our day

This particular location deserves 5 stars or more If it was possible to rate. This is one of my usual locations as its close to work. The employees here are always bubbly, friendly, and super helpful. Which is a huge plus since I am not a morning person, and it’s great to start my morning with positive energy. Today particularly, Geoff did a fantastic job insisting my every need and made my order run smooth as I was in a rush. I definitely will be returning to this location for the great customer service. Great job Starbucks team!

Just went today. Usually the cashier is really nice and never messes up the order. But today some Egypt/Mexican looking girl got the order wrong. Then we went up and asked her if we could order again, she didn’t look happy and said ok. Then we ordered a drink but she did not ask for whip cream. Also the drink portion was 2⁄3 of regular drink portion. Messed up my mood. Check in on this girl plz.

I’ve only ever used the drive thru here. They’re fast, efficient and the employees are decently friendly. The drinks are on point, but the food seems a bit off — one time I ordered a slice of banana nut bread, and it was literally falling apart because it was way too soft and undercooked. Otherwise, I like this Starbucks because the drive thru line is huge, since it wraps around the back of a bunch of businesses!

Been to this drive-thru atleast 5 times, and they messed up my order atleast 3 times. I will never forget the time when I waited 15 mintues to reach the window… i paid and barista gave me the wrong sized drink. Barista looked annoyed and said«Just come back next time and your drink is on Sarah» uhm, but thats not the point, I paid for a grande, not a tall, and what makes you think I come here so often to get a complimentary drink thats«on Sarah»? Second time: I gave a 10 dollar bill for 2 drinks that cost 6.20. Got my drinks, and one of them was incorrect. Fixed my drink(2 minutes later) and I had to remind the barista that I never got my change. Waited another 2 min. so she can reopen the register. I would hate to be the car behind me. As I drive off, my drink was still incorrect! So out of the three times they messed up on my order, I had to get out of the car and go into the store with a screaming toddler. What’s the point of a drive-thru again???

I don’t know why this location has only 3 and a half stars, I love this place so much! The employees here are usually really polite and bubbly, which is something that I really appreciate. I don’t normally drink coffee but whenever I need to cram or write an essay, I like to come to this location. This year, my birthday unfortunately fell on a Monday and I had to finish a book report I procrastinated on. The male employee that made my drink was really nice(I don’t remember his name, but it started with a G and he was really tall!) and insisted that he remake my drink when I asked if he could make it a little more sweet. I guess my only warning would be to get here early if you want to study, because this location is a little small and it gets packed quickly.

nice starbucks but not the best place to study. it gets loud when diamond bar high lets out, and a bit loud in the morning too. The drinks are what they are — not much variation between starbucks, but the baristas here are always helpful, courteous, and smiling. Plus, this location has a drive through so it easily is my go-to starbucks.

I truly Dislike this Starbucks! Not consistent with preparing drinks, How do you run out of straws or coffee trays… my drink orders are always wrong. Maybe I’ll stop being lazy and walk into to another location. What’s the purpose of a drive thru… can they ever fill a drink to the top…:(

They took forever to get my drive thru order And they made it wrong. When I told the guy what was wrong, he just walked over to the trash can and used the lid to scoop off the top layer of whipped cream and gave it back to me. There was still whipped cream in my drink. Later I realized my drink was missing the«extra» syrup/sauce, I asked and was charged for.

I work in the same shopping plaza as this Starbucks location so it’s super convenient for me. It also has a drive-thru. The baristas are always busy and working hard here. If they accidentally mess up on my order, they usually let me keep the drink and make another one. The drinks are pretty consistent. They have patio tables with benches and large umbrellas if you wanted to have your drinks outside.

Quick stop here while passing through to get a java chip frappé. It was super full here, but service was on it and my drink still came out in a descent amount of time. Coffee tasted fine, store was clean and well kept, average Starbucks.

This has to be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Whoever have been training the staff here needs to get retrained. I walked in and all the baristas are working on restocking and grabbing the drive thru orders. I understand that you have to do what you gotta do, which is fine. But without a line or other customers to deal with, I’m not sure why I got ignored for a good few minutes. There were a total of five staff in(at least) and not one of them said anything or came by to take my order. So when someone finally took my order — a caramel macchiato and bagel w/cream cheese — toasted. My drink came out quicker than my bagel. When the guy couldn’t understand the writing the other barista said who it was for. Seriously, I was the only one waiting by the counter. Just give me my effing bagel. So when the other barista told him it’s for«Mandi», he yelled«Bagel for Mandi», and no thank you and just plopped it down. Smh Oh man who trained you guys. Smh. I hope you get better service here than I. But I guess if you’re a walk in be ready to be ignored. Apparently I wasn’t the one. Two patrons came in and had to wait as well. Seriously, are you that busy you can’t help others? This location is located by a few restaurants and H-Mart with a drive thru and plenty of parking.

Nothing beats the convenience of a drive thru Starbucks! I prefer this Starbucks location over the one on Grand Ave because of the parking is much better, not as busy cross street, not as busy and of course the drive thru. It is a «newer» location with plenty of comfy seating and work space with outdoor seating as well. I usually get a vanilla ice latte with extra pumps on vanilla and it’s not watered down like coffee bean. The servers are super nice, especially the drive thru attendant. They have you’re drink already ready for you when you’re next up in line. Straight to the business… I like that!

If you are looking for a great place to study this would NOT study here. Nor would it be an ideal place for a date. The music is so loud. Even with ear plugs and my Beats by Dre headphones I can still hear the music pulsating which is so distracting when I am trying to study. For a date, you would have to be yelling during your conversation. The coffee is mediocre. Whenever I ask for specific directions(milk, sugar, etc) they never seem to get it right. My coffee doesn’t come out how I wanted it. This Starbucks is huge! The inside is very large and there is a lot of sitting space. Three stars.

I honestly hate this Starbucks. I’ve been wanting to write a review for so long but haven’t got around to it. Every time I come here I end up disappointed. Reasons why I hate this location. The customer service is the worse compared to all the other Starbucks I have been too. I feel like the employees here are very clicky and is always talking to each other ignoring the fact that there are customers at the register sometimes. They just stare at you and no one tries to help right away. Unacceptable. They make their drinks really really gross. I always want to exchange my drink after coming to this location but often don’t because I am in a rush. But if I did have time I would exchange it or ask them for a refund so I can go to a different Starbucks. I got a hot coco which tasted like very bland milk with a hint of chocolate. I don’t like chocolate nor do I like sweet drinks, but the way they made it tasted like I was just drinking watered down chocolate milk. So gross. Also, very berry hibiscus was SOOO sweet when I got it today. It tasted like they put 30 pumps of syrup in it. If I finished the drink I would probably have been diagnosed with diabetes by the end of the day. The last time I came in here for a refill on my green tea the Asian guy gave me half a refill. Like Wtheck. It was literally half! Who does that? How about I pay for half my drink instead next time. To make matters worse, there was also something black in the drink when he gave it to me and I asked him what it was. You know what his response was? «Idk.» Like really? Is that really the response you are going to give a customer? «Idk.»? I wanted to punch him in the face at this point. I was so annoyed of him. Not only because he gave me half a drink but also because when I walked in and was at the register he was just standing there waiting for someone else to help me but everyone else was busy doing something else so eventually he came to help me and refilled half my tea. Just a few reasons why I hate this location.
