Worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. I have had countless frustrating moments here with several employees who are far too uneducated on how to do their jobs. Today however was the very last straw. I do not eat any dairy and so I clearly ordered three chalupas «Fresca style» which means that there should be no dairy whatsoever in the items. It even said on the screen «Fresca style» so I know they wrote down the order correctly. But lo and behold, after waiting the normal excruciatingly long amount of time to receive my order from the drive thru, I found out after I already got home that they put sour cream in every single chalupa. I didn’t even realize it had dairy until after I tried it myself so it was even more frustrating because my body does not react to dairy well and I already had a couple of bites! Seriously Taco Bell… you need to hire better staff.

I used to come here when i lived in diamond bar.
Love the crunchy doritos tacos. Makes me feel like i’m eating a huge doritos chip. Could do without the ground meat though but it is what it is. Also love the nachos. It was a promo but they should keep it on the menu. It’s that good. I like taco bell because it’s not greasy and sits well with my stomach. I’m weak sauce i know but IDGAF it’s quick, convenient and affordable. IDGAF
Drive-​thru is faster so if you’re on a time crunch, you know where to go.

I don’t go to Taco Bell too often, but this is by far my favorite and tonight was no different! I went through the drive thru around 8pm and they were clearly busy inside and out. It took a bit to get up to the window, but once I did the man at the window was so apologetic. He kept asking if he could get anything for me while I waited and kept apologizing over and over while asking me about my day and being super friendly! Even the chef,(I think) who brought him my bag of food even apologized. I work in the food industry myself so I completely understand how these things can happen, but I was so impressed with how they handled the situation. I will definitely be back! :)

I try not to eat Taco Bell to much but it always seems like I have to have some nachos I will say this they always hire people with such great personalities. I really mean that I have never had a negative experience at this Taco Bell. They are always so nice and give customer service like they really are happy you are there. Will continue to come back! Thank you guys!

Sometimes I just get the craving for a crunchwrap supreme and this is the only Taco Bell location nearby. They are always friendly but the service is very slow. I’ve only had one experience with the drive-​thru and I would never use it again. Ordered only a breakfast burrito but it took a long time. Now when I order food, I just park and order inside as it just feels so much faster.
My most recent visit: I ordered a crunchwrap supreme «to-​go» and they even confirmed it was a «to-​go» order but when they called out my order when it was ready, it came on a tray. I had to then wait for a paper bag before I could leave.
Since I do not frequent other Taco Bell locations, I am not sure if it is only this location that is like this or if other locations are as slow as this one. Granted, there are not usually many customers at the restaurant or waiting for their food. Not sure why it is so slow…

Slowest drive thru, should be called a park thru instead. The wait to order and receive food ranges from 20 – 30 minutes. Pathetic wait time for fast food drive thru restaurant! Management needs to hire more staff!

This is one of the worse Taco Bells I have ever been to. It’s only 2 mins from my house but I’m forced to travel to another one because the employees here can’t seem to get there shit together. EVERYTIME I go there my order is wrong! And it’s a simple freaken order: Bean and Cheese burrito with no onions. And what do they put everytime… you guess it, ONIONS! Lol it’s ridiculous how many times I repeat it and they still get it wrong. Another thing I order is a DOUBLE tostada and what do they do… only put one tostada making it hard to eat because it breaks apart with all the toppings and dressings! They don’t have a double tostada on the menu for nothing! I sent bunch of bad feedbacks through their surveys and even sent an email to corporate. It’s that bad. Just save your time and drive to another Taco Bell so they can close this one down.

The drive-​through was so slow that I left the line, drove across Diamond Bar Boulevard (through a stoplight), ordered and got my food from Carl’s Jr., drove back through the light, and on the way back by Taco Bell, saw that the car that had been in front of me WAS STILL WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD.

Awesome drive-​thru! The lady there was so nice and happy. I requested mixed sauce and she gave me a lot which was awesome! The crunchy tacos always taste the same so no complaints though the price has gone up a lot for a 12-​pack.

I’ve been coming here for a while as it is conveniently located, however yesterday after my boyfriend and I are here he went to use the restroom & when he opened the door there was a rat inside. I promise, I would not lie about something like this, and ruin their reputation for no reason. the service is ok & I’ve never had an issue with my order. I’m just disgusted by this rat… we left immediately and will not come back.

Awhile back I took mom here for a burrito. As mom said, the burrito was just ok. The person working the window was pretty good, but the drive through set up is a little unusual as you oder your food near the street then cross a driveway to get to the pickup window.
It did take a little time for us to get our food was average and well what do you expect for taco bell. Even mom said it was just OK and she’s the boss.

There were only two cars in the drive thru including mine. It took forever to get my order! I ordered 4 cheesy rolls for my son and when he opened the first one, the cheese was cold and definitely not melted. I had to park and take my son with me to speak with the manager. The manager apologized and asked his crew to remake them. The crew act like it was no big deal and didn’t seem like he did anything wrong.
While I was waiting, I saw the manager handing an icee looking drink to someone in the drive thru and that drink wasn’t even filled!
In the end, the manager gave us some cinnamon chips for the inconvenience.

Had the late night munchies and since I had to go to Vons, I decided to go next door to Taco Bell’s drive-​thru. Got my usual double decker taco supreme and nacho bell grandes for the girlies.
There were two cars ahead of me, so I made use of the wait time by cleaning out my purse (ladies…you know what I mean). I didn’t realize that the wait time was kind of long until I reached the window to pay. The gal at the window apologized for the wait and had given me a free drink and the senior discount. (Lol…a little before my time, but I’ll take it)
That was really nice of her and unexpected! Great customer service!!!
