They offer good deals and late hours. We enjoyed a couples massage and were provided a chocolate covered strawberry (for v-day) at the end. Their tranquility room could have been nicer if they added a small serenity/zen fountain or something to that effect, and maybe some citrus slices. The front staff was friendly.

The masseuse was 8 minutes late into the massage and ended 2 minutes from the actual end time. It’s not worth signing a contract and being committed to unpredictable service when you can receive better service, at your choice and convenience. It’s pointless filling out a document or making an appointment if the service requested was not provided. I’ve received massages at many places and in many countries and it’s the worst massage that I have received. I am so upset that I signed a contract and cannot terminate their crappy service.

It’s terrible when someone misjudged a place after an out of hand experience. Yesterday, an unfortunate event forced them to reschedule my massage that I’d been wanting for months. But they were very professional and made things right, almost too right.
Just got out of my massage and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Went for my first visit on my birthday and scheduled a massage and a facial. While I can’t remember who did my massage I do remember that Emma did my facial. Both did a really good job. I felt very relaxed and beautiful when I left. I didn’t appreciate being pressured to sign up for their wellness program after I had just gotten so relaxed but I know that they have to offer. Overall I had a good experience and will most likely return. :)

Loving my massage! My husband and I get the couples massages where we are in the same room, nice! David was a great masseuse for me and my husband said Ann E had very therapeutic hands. Really helped his sciatic!
