Red Roof Inn

This place has more than exceeded my usual customer service expectations. I will be stopping here every time I make the drive from the Twin Cities to Western Montana for the rest of my life!
Stayed here a week ago from a
reservation based on nothing but price. I was impressed by how clean and large the room we were in was! We asked how much the same type of room would be a week later (when we planned to travel back), we’re given a price and left for the week.
The night before our trip back we realized that we had forgotten to make a reservation I called at 10:30PM and not only got through to the front desk, but was able to make a reservation and had my week late quote honored– despite the fact that the price was higher online and the hotel was rather busy.
When we arrived the next night, Jill (who is the best of the best) helped me out by finding kitchen accoutrement (all of the rooms have a kitchen, but bring your own pans and dishes!) and showing me around. THEN she even called once we were settled in to make sure that we had everything we needed!
I am so impressed and very happy.
