I cannot comment about the other doctors since I haven’t seen them, but Dr. Luu was great! She was very welcoming, professional, and personable. I had some questions regarding a prescription I got from a previous doctor a while back and she took her time to answer all of them and address all of my concerns. The eye exam she performed was very thorough and accurate. She takes the time to make sure you’ll really be comfortable and enjoy your new prescription. I will be recommending this place to others for sure. I hope I will be seen by Dr. Luu again.

This used to be the only place to go, for me. Dr. Janda was great. Since then, he has moved on. I can’t tell you how bad this new woman is that took his place. She has no bedside manner, is rude and obnoxious. She has no place being in the job she is in with her mannerisms. I refuse to go back. I almost left the office in the middle of my exam. She started preaching malpractice suit coverage when I was truthful and told her how often I wear my contacts. I know I over do it. She had such an attitude when I couldn’t see the object on the wall as she was testing my eyes. She made me feel less than. I won’t have that when I am in a place of business where I am paying. I ran into other employees that used to work there. When I told them how I was treated they said that I wasn’t the first person to complain. My neighbor also went to Dr. Janda and is also outraged by this person who considers herself a professional. NOT! Try her out, if you wish. I believe you will come out of there infuriated, just as I was.
