Castlelite Block, LLC

I’ll start by saying that we only purchased pavers from Castlelite Block — they did not do the installation — so this review isn’t about their work. We ordered about 10 – 11 pallets worth of pavers that our contractor installed. When you purchase pavers from Castlelite, you pay a deposit on each pallet that they deliver to your home, with the understanding that you will be reimbursed for the pallets once they are returned. Our project was finished and pallets picked up in late May/​early June, 2014. We have YET to see our reimbursement for the pallets. We have contacted them numerous times and they keep telling us the check will go out on «Friday» — we’ve heard this 3 times now. I could understand if there was a hiccup in their system or perhaps they need more information from us to move forward — but the only communication that is happening is when we email/​phone them and either the manager is out or they’ll process it next week. they never call us or follow through with their promise to send the reimbursement. Just warning anyone out there interested in working with them. communication and follow through aren’t very good.

Did a 2800 sq-​ft front yard/​drive way and back yard. Very professional crew. Reasonable price.
