I absolutely love this place! Janis and Renee are both awesome and so knowledgeable and helpful. We just started our at home business and EBM has been a Godsend! Everything we need is here and if it’s not, they’ll order for you or tell you where you can get it. They help with creative suggestions, tips, etc. EBM is what all businesses should strive to be, especially in customer service.

Went in to EBM for the first time today to get a sugar sheet logo! It is a baker’s dream!!! Customer service was WONDERFUL! I can’t wait to return to her shop!

Great selection, but atrocious customer service. Every time I’ve gone into this shop I’ve been met with outright rudeness. If this wasn’t the best stocked supply store in the area I absolutely would not shop here. It’s really disappointing that customers are forced to deal with this level of rudeness and disrespect.

Cake decorators paradise! Pans? Dragees? Ready made frosting & fondant? Yes, yes, and yes! Everything. Cake candles, toppers, bags, tips, cake boards, pillars, fillings, cookie cutters. There are also EXCELLENT CLASSES. Definitely fun even if you just want to make cupcakes :)

I had an amazing experience with Janis (owner) and Every Baking Moment. I needed to plan a family bridal shower for my sister and was looking for fun activities we could all do together, as it was just my family attending and none of us are really into shower games. I happened to stumble upon EBM on Unilocal,where I read they often have birthday parties. I called Janis and she told me while they have never had a bridal shower before they would be happy to help me out. Since I live in San Diego, Janis and I figured out the details mostly over email. I only met with her once, where we discussed ideas for the bridal shower but throughout the process she always responded very promptly and never made me nervous about how the shower was going to go.
For the shower, Janis led a cupcake decorating class, covering how she made her delicious cupcakes, filling and frosting, as well as showing us around 8 different ways to decorate the cupcakes (some were seasonal and some were just fun). Throughout the lesson she showed us how to use the different frosting tips so that we could make our own designs. Then she set us loose. While we were decorating she was great in helping anyone that needed it, offering ideas for what we could add to our designs, and keeping all the supplies full.
We brought food in and she set up tables for us to eat at as well as offering to help us serve if we needed it. At the end of the shower she gave my sister a sweet gift, as well as a little gift to all of our guests. My family are all pretty experienced bakers and they all had a blast, and everyone learned something new. She even told my Aunt, who said she never manages to make to Dixon when EBM is open, that she could always call and they could set up a time when she could come in to grab something.
EBM is an amazing local gem, and Janis really goes above and beyond for her customers. I could not have been happier with my experience and highly recommend it for all of your party and baking needs.

If you’ve ever dreamed about putting it on a cake, Janis at EBM either has it, or can tell you how to make it. This place (newly expanded) is a wonderful resource if you just want something cute to stick in a cupcake, or if you want to learn to make your own wedding cake. Treat yourself to a class and you’ll be impressing your friends and family in no time. I’ve been going there since she opened and I just can’t say enough good things about this valuable local resource.

Janis has the best store for all you cake-​making addicts! She offers a wide variety of classes, which all of the instructors are awesome! She is always there to answer your questions or calm your fears of making a masterpiece.

Janice was wonderful in helping me in every way with my cake project. I drove about an hour to get to this store and was not at all disappointed. I will be going back for future projects as well as possible classes.
