Have been here several times and love the overall feel of the place –serene, beautifully decorated, food is excellent, and waite staff are very pleasant. Was taken there yesterday for my birthday and while everything was as lovely as before, we were all taken aback by the woman from the hat store –Bee in your Bonnet– making the rounds of the tables blatantly selling her hats. It was disruptive to our conversation and felt very out of place. I hope you will consider discontinuing this practice so as to not lesson the overall wonderful ambiance of your tea house.

I have been a patron of this place for over a year and I cant get enough tea! Their special events are really lovely and great for groups. They happen once a month and require reservations. They are great even for everyday tea and a meal. The decorations make me feel like Im in wonderland! I will always come back and can’t wait for my next visit!

Such a quaint little establishment that really gives you an Alice in Wonderland feel. I discovered it when I was looking at groupons to decide what to explore for the day around Davis. I’m in love with tea so I decided that this would be a nice place to have lunch. I really wanted to buy the groupon for the $ 10 for $ 20 worth of food, but that sold out quickly. But I decided to go anyways as an experience. When you walk in, you get greeted by the receptionist and seated at your table. At the entrance is a litte unique gift shop which serve as nice decorations as well. There is even a giant tea cup booth in the center of the room as you walk in. The decorations and atmosphere was simply stunning. There was detail to all the different rooms in the place with a unique theme to each one. Even the restrooms were elegant as well. With each meal, each individual gets to pick their own tea. And there is a little counter with all the teas so that you may smell the to see how you may like it or not. Lunch started out with a cute little scoop of Raspberry Sorbet with a shortbread cookie. It accompanied quite nicely with the tea since it was hot and cold which balanced one another out. With the tea, they provided milk, honey, and sugar. I normally have tea plain, but it was interesting trying a little bit of everything to see what it was like. I ordered the lunch with a croissant sandwich with raspberry cream and that really made it special. I’ve never had crème with a sandwich before, but it was truly one of a kind. I’m craving it just thinking about it right now. The croissant was served with a side of chips as well. I couldn’t finish all of it but it was nicely packaged in a to go box with a beautiful ribbon wrapped around it. I had a very nice experience and really wish there was a cutesy place like this closer to home.

Want a GREAT place to take just about ANY one? Well, this it it! On Oct. 28th A few friends of mine and I decided to try the Linde Lane Tea Room in Dixon and we were astonished! What a beautifully decorated and furnished place! A LOT of work went into this Tea Room! The service was meticulous and attentive. We went for the full deal with scones and chai and ginger peach tea! Not only mouthwatering food, but the Tea was topnotch as well! Looking for a place to take your mother or mother-in-law? Best friend or cousin? Daughter or sister? Even your Husband will enjoy this. Janet Canez greeted us with a friendly smile and the atmosphere was elegant but unpretentious! The photos I took do not do it justice, just go see for yourself… A Lovely afternoon in Dixon at Linde Lane Tea Room!
