Why is it that every MENARDS is set up on such a confusing and unorganized way? Well either way, this one is even worse than both and the staff have no idea where anything is. No one ever asks if you need help finding anything because they realize you’re probably better off on our own. Unfortunately this is the closest hardware store to work so we have to subject ourselves to coming here.

I always find what I need in here, the customer service is great, I cant recall ever having a problem with them. They always seem to have a sale going on.

This is one of the better chain hardware stores I’ve been to in the Chicago area… unlike Home Depot where you can’t find any employees, let alone someone to help you… Menards is full of people willing to help.
If you ask someone in the bathroom department where to find something that happens to be in a complete other department, they won’t just explain it – they’ll actually walk halfway across the store with you and show you right where it is. It’s pretty top notch service!
They just expanded this location and a lot of the lumber is now all indoors.
