This is a great place with superb service. From the staff, to the hours of operation to the service. A great spot to get all your things done from nails, hair to eyebrows.
Highly recommend and Milagros is a nail guru for us picky Latina hands that have a lot of cuticle!

So my mom had been coming here for some time and was getting gels done with one of the technicians and she was very happy with the results. I decided to give it a try. After my try, I am never coming back. I got my nails done with Claudia and I did gel on my hands and a regular pedicure. After an hour leaving the salon, two of my nails had formed bubbles underneath the gel. After another hour, both gels were completely gone. By the end of the day, 6 gels had completely come off. I called to complain and they asked if I had done something to make the gels fall off. Needless to say, after doing gels repeatedly for almost 2 years, I knew that I had not done anything wrong. Goodluck to anyone who goes to do their nails there. Either the attitude from the employees or the poorly done manicures will send you running.

My friend and I walked in to the salon on Saturday evening around 6:00pm. We had not made appointments but were intrigued because the place looked nice on the outside and it was pretty close to my house… I have never felt more uncomfortable at a salon in my life! We explained to the staff that we wanted pedicures and possibly manicures. The staff could have politely explained that there would be a wait because one of the two people who do nails had an appointment; instead, they rudely told us that we should’ve made appointments and that they would not be able to accommodate both of us (even though it was 6:00 and they were open until 8:00.) Everyone seemed «on edge» and nervous… My friend even asked a staff member if everything was ok because we felt so uncomfortable. Going along with the theme of unprofessionalism… A staff member answered my friend and told her she was too sensitive and asked if she was menstruating! I couldn’t believe how rude these people were. I sat next to my friend while she received the WORST pedicure of her life! She barely trimmed her cuticles and filed her toe nails on a weird angle, then slathered nail polish on very sloppily. The woman who was doing her nails had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to get a pedicure afterwards. This was by far my worst salon experience in Doral. It is sad because the place is beautifully decorated and has potential but the staff are so incredibly rude, unprofessional, and terrible at doing nails! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Absolutely awful!!! Do not waste your time or money. I could «slather» on polish better than the person being paid to do so. I went in with nice box cut nails and left with hands and feet nails completely botched. Will take a while to get these back to their same condition. This was actually my second time here and the first time I had a very similar experience but since the place was new and close to home I really wanted to give it a second chance. I can not say enough horrible things. The technician was rough, not relaxing, the salon itself already looks dirty. Several staff just lounging around when I walked in which they could have been tending to the dirty bathroom that had no toilet paper. For the price I paid $ 36!!! At a new salon I give this place less than a year. For those prices you better have technicians that warrant that price. Horrible. Never never will go back. Contemplating canceling the charge on my card!
