Initially I was skeptical using a rodizio-style catering for one of my events. I was not sure how it would work out, but the concept was unique and I thought my guests would enjoy it, so I decided to give Brazilian Fire a try. I could not have been happier with the results. They are simply AMAZING! The food was delicious and they made excellent caipirinhas. My guests loved the passed hor d’oeuvres and champagne. For everyone else there was a full bar, which Brazilian Fire provided. My guests really enjoyed being served rodizio-style meats without having to go to a restaurant. Brazilian Fire had many meat selections to choose from(different cuts of meat, pork, chicken, etc.). Everything was perfectly cooked. The owner Priscilla and the chef Carlos were very professional and easy to work with. They offered many helpful suggestions regarding the food layout(we also had a buffet and dessert bar). The staff arrived on time, handled the clean up, and basically under-promised and over-delivered! I will definitely use them again.
