Worse Pandora and even worse customer service!!! Waited 20 min and no one had acknowledged me… I then see that some lady is taking down names? ! Really?!? And I let her know I was waiting 20 min and 4 people were ahead of me and she didn’t care and just types my name at the end of the list. I’ve ALWAYS come here for all my Pandora needs just because it’s close to my house but I would rather go to Dadeland where customer service is AMAZING and although it’s further– it’s worth it! AVOIDINTLPANDORAATALLCOST!

My wife owns approximately $ 10,000 worth of Pandora, she sent a bunch of Pandora to our daughter in law and one of the rings didnt fit. She proceeded to go with her gift receipt to exchange the ring and the supervisor on duty refused to exchange the size. Made up excuse that it was not in perfect condition(which it was) never been worn never been out of box less than 30 days. The customer service she received was awful, she even dropped the ring on the floor, she was rude and unhelpful. They basically sent her on her way. My wife then contacted the store only to be told that the ring must of not been in good condition, which is a lie. My wife explained to supervisors on duty which would not help her on the phone and passed the phone to another employee, she proceeded to tell my wife it is the policy of their store not to assist you in exchanges if they feel the item is not in perfect condition which it was. NOONEEVER wore the ring. From what I see the reviews are awful I will be posting this on page as well. We will try next time DADELAND. Stay away from this store… We will be posting this on Facebook and Twitter in hopes to save others in the future…

I received a Pandora charm bracelet for Christmas, only two weeks ago, and have already experienced a lot of stretching in my bracelet. I visited the location at Miami International Mall two times, and both times have been treated less than ideal. My first visit to this store was to get my size because I knew that I would be getting one for Christmas, the sales associate was very nice until I made it clear that it wasn’t a purchase. The store was not full that day and I was one of only the few customers there, and she became very rude told me my size and told me to have a good day. Only two weeks of having my bracelet it has stretched a lot, it almost falls to half way of my hand. This is NOT what I had in mind when I said I would like a Pandora bracelet! I went back to the same store to see what had happened since it was also the store it had been purchased at, and I NEVER once received an apology from the sales associate. She kept saying that the store had done their job in explain that they recommend going a size smaller because of the stretching, but NEVER did I receive that advice. As if this was MY fault for wanting my bracelet to look like it does now. Because trust me, this is not what I wanted. I don’t want this bracelet ATALL anymore, and she just kept telling me she couldn’t accept an exchange«because no one would buy that,» excuse me? I wouldn’t have asked/my family wouldn’t have bought it in the first place had we known that the bracelet stretches this much! Online it says that it may stretch 1 cm at first, but I can fit two fingers between my skin and my bracelet. What bothers me the most is the customer service. The bracelet, plus the charms that my family bought me came out to a few hundred dollars in total, and for it to stretch this much, plus the horrible customer service means that you have lost a customer. I understand that the bracelet would stretch, but not to this extent, and especially not to have a sales associate blame me for not knowing better when asking for my size.

I went to Dadeland like the young lady in the previous review recommended. OMG, what a difference. It’s like a totally different store! I was perplexed at the quality of service, instead of saying no to everything, they listened and jumped into action. Nice to see my $ 450 investment in a single bracelet was appreciated. Staff very rude, seems like they have no clue how to organize anything. Pandora franchise should do an investigation on how this particular location is ran. I’m sure they would be very displeased with how people are getting angry with how the employees treat their customers at that location. There is absolutely no sense of customer service. And from what I was told my last visit there I was told the customer is always wrong no matter what the case it may be. I also don’t understand why it takes 10 minutes to serve a customer when there’s only one customer in the store. You would think that from past experiences and the amount of money these Pandora stores are making they would consider renting out a bigger location in the mall.
