The coffee and pastries were good but the service, TERRIBLE. The older blonde woman ignored us for 10 minutes. She was preoccupied talking I her friend in front of the computer, it seemed like, without even acknowledging us. Then the owner came out and ignored us even though we were literally in front of him. After having to get a waitress to help us, we finally ordered. The waitress was polite.

I met with a friend for breakfast, and the owner asked us to leave the table because lunch time was about to begin!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! Never coming back!!!

This is one of the ONLYTWO places where you can buy real bread in the area. Call ahead in order to get your baguettes as they bake them at the moment you order so they can be warm and toasty once you receive them, it will take around 7 minutes for the baguettes to be ready after you order it. Different types of bread may take longer.

Not worth the price. I asked the server what kind of coffee they served and she got sassy and a bit sarcastic. Then I went to leave my purse at the table and she yelled across the restaurant to ask me what size coffee I wanted. Very rude. I didn’t answer although I acknowledged her worth a nod as I made my way back to the counter, since I didn’t want to yell and disturb the patrons. She kept yelling…3 times in all. Food was nothing to write home about, other than being over priced, so that’s all I’m saying.

I have been waiting for a perfect moment to visit this place, and finally today was the day. Yes the food was awesome, the pizza was crispy, full of flavors with a delicate and rich balance of ingredients; The Classic Lasagna was incredible too, now the problem, as some other users appointed was the service, The two girls showed a lack in customer service, the were unfriendly, may be novices without a proper training and a deficient supervision. But they deserves a new opportunity. Let see next time

I’m from Venezuela and I missed the Italian-Venezuelan pastries… Buy not anymore. This place is perfect!!! The best bread and pastries in Doral. Everything is fresh and delicious! I also try their fresh pasta! Super good!!!

I really really wanted to love this place, since it’s so close to my house. I ended up buying two lunch orders, a box of pastries and a box of empanadas, for a total of almost $ 50. I didn’t even get a «hello» or a «thank you». The woman made me feel like she was doing me a favor by getting the items I ordered. She gave me my last box and started talking to the next person, not even looking me in the eye. It’s sad, because the food is so good! But I definitely won’t be going back.

While i was wandering around this plaza after having lunch in Ruota(review pending), i found a via veneto in the local where an argentinian restaurant was before. So, i entered the place, went directly to the counter, demanded my cafecito, and glanced over to my left noting what it seems to be a top notch coffee machine(disclaimer: my expertise in cofee machines is as proficient as the one i have in nuclear pyhisics — make an educated guess about it — lol). Because my focus and effort was 99.369% directed towards that particular goal, i was by far successful avoiding making visual contact with all the pastries, cakes, chocolates and other succulent desserts that were indecently flirting with me at that point. Stoic as i am, just plainly resisted and moved forward to my table. However, i did notice something in particular that solidified my decision to return here: Happens to be that an appealing lunch menu is available, thus, will be back another day just to give it a try. In general terms, the place by itself is inviting, above the average bakery and cafeteria places around(vgr Don Pan, etc.) And there is a fair number of tables inside, taking in account the traffic that the plaza usually has. In conclusion, a new discovered place in this plaza that seems to offer above and beyond what eyes suggest at first sight.
