Stopped for truck Ac repair. Curtis and team did a great job. Adding to my favorites list

After returning from our trip, I get on Unilocal to give these guys the five star rating they deserve. Lo and behold, there is another review where these guys have saved someone in the midst of a long journey!
Like the other reviewer, we were also on our way to Florida. Being the holidays, the traffic out of the DC area was horrendous. The distance we’d traveled would normally take an hour and a half had taken two and a half. And then a strange rasping sound came from our front wheel. It was worsening rapidly and I began to think perhaps we should abandon our long-​planned for trip.
Already tired and demoralized, we pulled off the first exit and luckily found ourselves a mile or so away from Advanced Truck & Auto.
They quickly and competently diagnosed the difficulty and made adjustments on the wheel, took another test drive, another adjustment and pronounced it fixed. When my husband went to the register with his wallet, Curtis said ‘No charge.’
I don’t know — maybe I’m a bit sappy. But it was one of those moments that you’ll always remember when things get rough — that there are decent and honest people out there who don’t take advantage of someone else’s hardship, but instead lend a helping hand.
When we got back on the road, we were energized and smiling. We had a wonderful trip — in no small part to the guys at Advanced Truck & Auto.

Broke down on the way to florida called a tow truck and we were going to the dealer who said he would try to fit us in so my husband asked the tow truck driver if he knew a good diesel mechanic he said his shop had a great mechanic he drove us there we couldn’t ask for a better place they took us, in right away found the problem had the part delivered and stayed late to finish the job and get us back on the road even though we had broken down we felt lucky to find a place that did so much to solve our problem I’m sure had we had gone to the dealer it would ave been at least two or three days the guys at Advanced made us feel that they really cared about getting the job done so that we could get back on the road they were the sliver lining to our dark cloud
