Just had the 3 taco cambo plate… man oh man!!! Very well recommended food! The service is great very friendly staff. Price is very reasonable too! Will be coming again.

I almost feel like I shouldn’t be writing a review for this place, as I’ve been there several times but always get the same thing.
But on the strength of their burritos alone, they get a four-​star rating.
I particularly recommend the green chile or red chile; both are savory and delicious with just a little bit of spice (and surprisingly inexpensive for proper home-​cooked Mexican). If you like it spicier like I do, they also make a hot sauce from chiltepin peppers that is to die for. Just enough tang to give things a zing before the heat kicks in.
The one time I was in Douglas with my husband and we sat down, we also had the chips and (excellent) salsa and the horchata. The latter they make themselves, and it shows; the spice mixture is just right and the flavor far superior to the premade stuff you get at Filiberto’s. There only appears to be one server, but she’s always been cheerful and prompt when I’ve been in.
Douglas is a bit out of the way, it’s true, but this place is well worth trying if you find yourself in the area. My husband and I are usually there on our own for work (him) or errands (me), but the other of us always reminds the one to stop here and grab some burritos for lunch!
