Prepaid and applied upgrade coupon yet when we got there got a Chevy Cruse which was supposed to be upgraded and then they tried to give me a car with a cracked windshield. When I brought up that it was unsafe they acted like I was in the wrong for not just accepting what they gave me. Total disappointment in this Avis location.

Waiting outside and they wanted us to leave the car unlocked in the glove box and this is in a open parking lot. Looked at paper work and they said that if it is stolen it is on us. So now we have to wait. When we picked car up they did not even have the car at this location we had to drive to airport to pick it up. Then they would not take the contract since it was not a corporate location wanted to charge us after we had paid. Please rent your car at a better company.
