I used this individual for «FHA 203k Construction Consulting.» Let’s just say that I’m $ 700 poorer and infinitely wiser. I can cope with being called «darlin’» if the service is excellent (or even decent). But I was extremely dissatisfied with Mr. Feis’ level of communication once he had check in hand, his response time, the quality of the information he provided about the project and process, and the number of times I had to ask him to correct faulty information on the documents he provided. Based on my experience, not only would I neither use nor recommend him in any of his various capacities, but, given that the FHA apparently put their stamp of approval on him, I will never again consider or recommend the FHA 203k reno loan program to anyone, for any reason, at any time. Neither will my agent. I merely thank my lucky stars that the resultant delays and issues convinced me to pull out of the deal before I had to cope with Mr. Feis for the life of the reno project — and pay his subsequent fees out of the renovation portion of the mortgage.
