Visited this Hooters location this evening and my friend and I were waited on by Taylor. She was very friendly, checked on us often and did great at promoting menu and apparel.
We ordered three different varieties of wings (lemon pepper, hot and garlic parmesan), two sides and beverages. All of them tasted amazing, but my favorite were the lemon pepper wings. They were all cooked perfect and the seasoning and sauces had the right amount of flavor.
I was impressed with the design, style and comfort of this restaurant. It was definitely clean, tables and bathrooms, the staff all friendly and has a great patio. Will definitely be visiting in the future.

The very moment we walked through the door we were greeted by outstanding customer service. This was my first visit and my husband and I were there trying the free smoked wings thanks to HOOTERS and believe me I will be back for more. The smoked wings were everything, they were perfectly cooked moist super juicy in the middle the smoked ribs that they used for the Caribbean jerk and Texas BBQ was awesome, no dip needed. I also ordered fries and onion rings which was a large portion by the way. I had such an awesome time there and left super stuffed, can’t wait to go back for some awesome food.

I received a few vouchers for 10pc wings so I went in and chatted with Amy (the bartender) while they were being prepared. The staff there is awesome. Very friendly girls and the manager is also female which put me a little more at ease. Our order consisted of bone in and boneless wings. The boneless wings were really small, and the hot flavor is more like the average medium. I had garlic parm and some lemon pepper wings. They were all so good. So much so that my small child is now obsessed and has declared hooters the best chicken joint. Bless his heart, he has no idea what hooters is lol.

I was in the area and thought I would give them another chance. It was 2pm and the place was about 15% occupied. I was seated right away and the waitress stated it wasn’t her section but she would let the young lady working the area know I was there. 15 minutes later nothing, no server, nothing. The manager finally took my order and brought me my ice water, which was never refilled during my visit. The manager brought me my 10 wings with a plate of 8 and said he owed me two more, really? The fries were cold but I was hungry and afraid to send them back. A server sat down and said she was never told I was seated in her section. The manager brought my last two wings and left me with an empty glass of water. Mr Brooks would be so excited to have Clemson number 1 in football but he would be so embarrassed by this Hooters location:(

It was a great experience! I didn’t really care for my sandwich I ordered and I expected to still pay for it, but the manager comped it. Wait staff was great. I do have to note that we were one of 3 parties total there. It was nearly closing time.

Absolutely the worst service I’ve had in years. The menus and floors were very sticky and had grease and other sauces all over the pages. Our waitress was incredibly rude (Alese) and threw the straws and menus instead of laying them down. She wrote on a napkin and was irritable when one us was still considering an order even though she didn’t ask if we were ready. When asking if an item came with fries she said no and asked what everyone else wanted instead of adding the option. She also disappeared for ³⁰⁄₄₅ minutes leaving our drinks empty until the point where we asked another waitress to refill them. When the other waitress comfronted her about filling up our drinks she was sitting at a table the whole time doing nothing, but she apologized for her bad service on the lack of girls working. There were plenty of girls working. It was my friends 21^st birthday and didn’t even wish her a happy birthday or anything. On top of the bad service the food was cold and had an unidentified object in the ranch that was definitely not supposed to be in there. When finally time for the checks she thew them on the table then they fell on the booth and she didn’t even care. She mixed up our checks and even took a dollar of my cash back probably because she knew she wasn’t getting a deserved tip due to her attitude and lack of helpfulness. I will never visit this restaurant again even for free food.

My daughter, yes my daughter was craving a Cobb salad. A month earlier we went to the D-​vile Taco Mac and the salad was disappointing to say the least. But she saw the picture of the salad online for
Hooters and said lets go. Wife, daughter and I go and the place looks great. We had a wonderful restaurant. My wife had fish tacos which were great. My wings Daytona Beach were great and my daughters Cobb salad was exactly as it looked online. The server was great and we had a nice nite. At Hooters. Thanks for the nice time.

Service is awful … Gets worse each week since they opened?
Corporate must not care?

Want to know one thing that can piss me off more then anything? Being unprofessional and terrible customer service.
I knew it was going to be a bad ordering experience from Hooters today when I tried calling them 10 times in a row for 5 – 8 minutes straight and no one answered. I thought maybe they are busy, but at 4:15pm on a Sunday? So I said you know what I will drive and just order there.
I walked in– prob 10 – 15 tables full and 3 people at the bar. Whatever so I went to order my food.
Ordered 20 wings to go– took over 35 minutes as I sat at the bar and waited and waited and waited…
Finally, we got our food and I asked to speak to the manager and I proceeded to tell her it took over 35 minutes for our wings and I will not be coming back. Her response you ask? I’m sorry to hear that– have a nice day.
SERIOUSLY?! I’m reporting it to Hooters Corporate as well.

I left a bad review last. This time was much better. Food takes sometime to cook but not an extremely long time though. Everything was good. celery could have been fresher though.

Terrible kitchen staff! We ordered the breaded wings in the Parmesan Garlic flavor… they were fried so hard that it was a task just to bite through to the actual meat! Plus, there was way too much breading on them and very little sauce. To make matters worse, our waitress disappeared and we had to wait for her to return just to complain. The service is not good at all. This was our second visit and the wings were way better the first time. But the slow service makes it not worth my time. I’ll stick with BW3!

This is the last time I ever go there. 7pm on a Sunday and they have no food. I have try to stop there several times. Every time I was there they had different issues at this time the kitchen does not work. They have cold beer but no food. If they do not get new management and a proper staff this place will not last.

Terrible food, poor service.
Father’s day my family went there to celebrate. My wife and I got the unlimited wings and ribs. They tasted like McRibs and chicken nuggets. When we would give our order the waitress would bring back the exact opposite. Want key lime pie? Too bad you get the chocolate. Fries were hard, the room temp was hot. I am upset that we even went.

Clean and spacious. Host and waitresses are friendly. The food is the usual Hooters menu which is good and is a change up from the normal spots in Douglasville. Glad to see them back.

2^nd visit in opening week. First day open I was understanding … But, about 1 week later waiting +1 hour for appetizer is not acceptable… Really ???

The waitress was nice, the layout is beautiful, we started off with cheese sticks and nachos, the cheese inside of the cheese sticks was not melted at all. The nachos seem to be messing something, when I looked over at another table who order nachos I seen what was messing, ALOT of nachos we had less than half of what the other table received, when I asked the waitress is there two different kinds of nachos she said no it’s all the same, she followed me eyes to the other table and said oh I see what you mean. Lol mean while we waited an hour and half for wings and crab legs. And to top it off the crabs came out ice cold, it took the waitress about 15 to 20 mins to stop by and ask if our table was ok, when we told her about the crabs she grab it by her hand and was like yeah this ice cold, then looked at us and said do you want me to remove this off the check… Over all the kitchen need to step up, there not cooking to hooters standards. I gave them 2 stars just for the over layout of the restaurant. I hope they fix the kitchen so I can enjoy some football and wings.

Worst service ever for opening week! You would think that they know how to open up a resturant on the first week. Food was undercooked, took almost two hours to get and the staff looked confused. I’m going to give it one more try before I completely write it off.

Well Hooters is updating their image finally. This location is in between Taco Mac and the mall and is akin to Five Dollar Café in ambiance but with a BW3’s spin… it’s the usual Hooters with some upgrades and is worth a visit.
Word to the wise, they are sorta slow… so don’t expect fast service. The waitresses and management staff are very attentive though.

Opening day… glad they are finally back in Douglasville. Huge bar plus tons of seating and very nice wait staff. The best wings in Douglasville. Welcome back!
