A great new addition to the Dover food truck scene. I’ve enjoyed one exceptional and one pretty-​good lunch. On my first visit, my brisket sub had great falling-​apart meat and a nice balanced flavor in the sauce. A large sub with two sides for $ 10 was a good deal for a nice big meal. I tried brisket chili on my second visit. Something added to the mix was a bit too spicy for me and dominated the flavor, but the rest was good and it was a lot of food for $ 5.
It’s open 10 – 3 on Tuesday — Saturday in the 3rd St parking lot (in the corner closest to Dunkin Donuts) — check it out! The owner also advertises a catering business.
