It’s a bar that has great service. From Monday thru Wed. Go there and have fun. The food alright with good size portions. Stay away on thur Fri sat bartender likes to drink to much

Came here on a Thursday night while on a sales trip. Not from Dover and saw other bars on the main strip that were packed but wanted a bar that was less «mainstream». First things first, it’s a dive bar. It’s in a strip mall. Get over it. It’s Dover. Service was great. Felt like Cheers. Tons of TV and it’s a great bar! If you’re ok with just relaxing after a long day, want to drink a beer without the BS, I’d try this place out.

OMG… Unilocal has serious let me down on this one. This is definitely not a 5 star bar. So I attempted to go on a Monday night and it was quite a comical experience. Let me start off and tell you Tom’s is located next to a Dollar General, a liquor store, and a 7-​eleven. No joke… i watched a dude walk out of the liquor store and into the bar… strange! If you are not a local and know what this place is about… skip it!

Tom’s Bullpen is a great spot! The staff was good and drinks were generous. They had a comedy night that I was performing in and the Emcee Al was terrific and attentive.
It was a rainy night but still a good crowd there! I recommend Tom’s to anyone!

Used to be JW’s… Still have the krak and smack cheesesteaks… Great specials everyday… Had a great afternoon watching football… Can’t wait to come back…
