Victor’s Flowers & Gifts

Ordered from them twice. First order went okay. Second order was a problem. They substituted an inferior arrangement without letting me know. I emailed them twice to either correct their error or explain what happened. They completely ignored my emails. Will not order from them again.

I can’t say enough about this place. I ordered flowers online mostly, but after I forgot to get some for the Thanksgiving table this year, I stopped into Victor’s Flowers and Gifts. They were helpful, clear about costs and listened to what it was I needed. When I returned the next morning for the flowers, the florists were there, working despite the awful snowstorm brewing outside so that everyone had their flowers for Thanksgiving. Let me tell you, I was blown away by the taste, class and beauty of my flowers. They made me the hero walking into my girl’s place. Her parents were thrilled with them. The designers at Victor’s are among the most talented I’ve ever seen. Excellent experience and I will be back. TOP NOTCH service, even during a blizzard. Highly recommended. Trisha was outstanding.

After a lot of research, I went to Victor’s Flowers and asked how much my wedding bouquet would be (I mention a couple of orchids and a few roses) The Owner, Meredith (I think) gave me an estimate of $ 100 or so and said that she would work with my budget. When I came back to order my bouquet, the price wen up to $ 175, she did not asked me about my budget simply gave me the price. I thought, that my bouquet was going to be amazing and so I did not say anything about the price. When I got my bouquet, still in the box with all the paper and such, picked up on the morning of my wedding, the flowers were macerated at best and they look not fresh at all. As a matter of fact a couple the flowers had petals so badly damage that I had to pull them off or try to trim them with scissors. All i have to say that this place did not deliver in quality and regretted dearly to have order my flowers for my wedding here.

Wow is all I can say… I wanted to have some flowers delivered to my dearest for her birthday… I live on the west coast so had no reference of someone to call so I took to Unilocal to find someone and I’m happy I did. These guys took my order with a smile over the phone and left me feeling worry free about what and when my fliers would be delivered. Man they exceeded my expectations on the bouquet. It was amazing and totally brightened my friends birthday. She couldn’t wait to send me a picture and thank you for making her day so special!!!

I ordered flowers for a birthday. Needless to say I’ve placed orders with them for years and have never had an issue with them. The flowers arrived the next day by this time the birthday was over! I addressed this with them directly and they LIED telling me they attempted to call. Unfortunately, they did not realize I gave them my phone number to contact and a call was never made! Did not even receive an apology for flowers being late. Glad to say I’m done with them and will be ordering from another florist.

Called them after finding them on the web… what a great surprise!!! They knew exactly what to do, and delivered to my wife with first class service… What a great hidden gem… My wife said the flowers are fantastic, the arrangement beautiful and 10 days later still look wonderful on our kitchen table… great job Victors!!!
