I had a sever infection on my elbow. I informed the PA of travel plans the next morning adding to the overall urgency. Dr Tulipan examined my arm for 20 seconds, prescribed an antibiotic and walked out. No discussion. I asked for the script and was told it would be phoned into Walgreens. That didn’t happen and the office closed at 5 so my calls to get the script resolved went unanswered. The next morning I had to cancel my travel plans to chase down the script. That took several more calls and several more hours all the while the infection was spreading. Could not have had a worse experience.

Had a very bad nerve problem in right wrist. Saw Dr. Tulipan who practices with the Dupage Medical Group. Excellent Doc who treated the problem, explained the issues and was a total professional. Could not have had a better experience. Specialist who deals with hand and upper extremity’s. Orthopedic Surgeon. Smart and fast. Highly recommend.
