Unlike the other comments I would say I was greeted (awkwardly). The worst part is that they are really pushy that you buy more and they make it really awkward and uncomfortable to shop there.

Yes! Charlotte has all kinda of styles and fits in the jeans. Shoe sale ALL the time and cute fashion accessories. Charlotte has everything from head to toe fashion! Love this place!

The sales associates and customer service were the biggest problems.
No greeting.
I was at a circular rack looking at skirts. A sales associate was across from me on the same circular rack. She looked at me, said nothing, pretended to work, and looked at me some more. I wanted to tell her to take a picture, because it lasts longer.
I moved to another part of the store.
Another sales associate was moving a rack from one part of the store to another. The rack was making a terrible noise that sounded like nails on a chalkboard. Why were they doing this in the middle of the day with customers in the store? She, also, said nothing.
Tsk. Tsk!
