I’m writing this review, because I don’t think the staff and management deserves the negative review. Joanna this is a distribution center for the beauty industry. … And that is why it’s «not open to the public».
The staff has aways been very helpful and go out of there way to order your necessities. They have also helped me save money by pointing out sales, like liter dou shampoo conditioners.
I like going here.

Very rude staff! Right when I walked in they just kept staring at me! No hello, or can I help you with anything. So I went up to one of the ladies to ask for help choosing a hair that would work for me, she just looked at me and said «you have to be a member to shop here, we’re not open to the public.» I just can’t believe some people and there attitudes!
Not to mention they have no signs outside, in the door, or Windows that state «not open to the public»

I’ve been coming to this location for over two years since I’ve relocated. I’m reading the reviews from other people and don’t believe what I’m seeing. I’m a grab and go shopper and every time I walk in I’m greeted and asked if I need any help. The associates always open the second register if the other starts to get full especially when little old ladies are still trying to shop when the are checking out. Ugh I hate that. They have no problem looking up my number if I forget my card and they always give samples. So thank you for that. Parking it easy and the store is never dirty. Usually when people mention drama, it’s because they are drama themselves. This store is in a quiet Plaza which is nice and im always in and out fast.

Rude staff!!! I will never shop here again the staff is very unprofessional. All you hear is gossip every time you want to shop there and thats too much DRAMA for me.

I came to Cosmo Prof with colleague, we were greeted immediately apon arrival. I was impressed with how the staff asked if we needed help finding anything, as well as answered any questions that we had, very prompt, & had knowledge on all the products!!!

I came on my day off. Sweats and no makeup on. With my hair in a bun. And one of the worker came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I said no thanks just checking out some gelish colors. Then she asked me if I was a member. I looked at her like are you serious? I said yes I am. Then she stood by me pretending to fix and clean things like as if I was about to steal something! I was totally offended. She was judging me just because I looked average that day!

Sigh. I’m a big fan of CosmoProf. But THIS location is just crap. Every time I go, the workers are standing in the aisles gossiping. And when u ask a question, they all turn around and stare at u like u are intruding on their conversation. Today, I asked one of the workers a question, and she completely ignored me! At first I thought maybe she didn’t hear me, but a few minutes later, she says «I will help u with your question in un momento ok pero because we r muy busy». That Spanglish is nastyyyy and unprofessional. I dread coming here but unfortunately it’s the closest one to me.
