Donna’s Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Been coming here for years and I’ve never had a problem with any of my orders. The location is always clean and everyone there is always friendly. I’ll always be coming here with my dry cleaning here.

Been using Donnas for 20 years and never had a single problem! Such a homey and comfortable feel I’d be crazy to take my clothes anywhere else. First class service all the way! I honestly can’t believe there a negative review on here because the quality and service is second to none! Highly recommended!

I get all my dry cleaning done here. My work clothes and my uniforms and jerseys.
I also get my pants altered as I am short and they need to be tailored.
Greg is very kind and takes good care of my clothing.
He is very honest as well. I accidentally left a very large sum of money in my pocket and did not realize it. He returned it to me in a secure envelope.

I came to leave my clothes in July 22 in hopes for it to be ready by Friday morning.
Promised to me that it would be. I cam Friday and none of it was ready except one pair of pants. I was disappointed because if something is said or promised you expect it to be fulfilled.
I asked wen it would be ready and they asked if the end of August would be ok.
Why would the end of August be ok for 2 pant alterations? When promised beforehand?
I said absolutely not.
I waited and followed up to see when they would be ready.
I finally show up today August 25 and I walk into a horrible stench of marijuana with loud rap music going on and coughing in the back end of the store.
I picked up my clothes that was finally ready. There was no courtesy of «let me take something off for the wait» no none at all I paid full price.
I will not be coming back to this cleaners especially because I don’t want my clothes wreaking of marijuana.
This is supposed to be a location that has been passed down to generations and it should be treated as a gem.
Again I will not be coming back here again. The 2 stars is for the gentleman who was very respectful and took my order accurately and professionally. Unfortunately my first and last time at this place, a shame because I live close by.
Some advice don’t smoke week inside a cleaners store where there are customers clothes!

Great service, friendly staff and awesome prices! These guys have you in and out in no time. No extra charge for auick turn around and can mend small tears! All around the best dry cleaners I’ve found in a 10 mile area… and I’ve tried a lot of them

I love Donna’s! My family has been going here for years and now Donna’s grandson Greg is in charge. Great service, and fair prices. They go the extra mile to remove stains. They have never lost an item and even returned cash that I had left in a pocket! Try them, you will not be sorry.
