Walked in about an hour and a half before closing time and he was busy!!! Even though I was the last one to be helped I appreciated that he stayed past closing time for me. :)
He left my boyfriend’s hair exactly as he wanted and mine as well. He even gave me great hair tips to help my hair grow longer and thicker! I’m definitely going to do as he suggested. He is my new go to for hair care. I’ll be back soon!!!
Oh! And he even styled my hair which was nice.

I’ve been going to Marco Mounier’s for years and he never dissapoints. Once you briefly explain to him what you want done, whether its retouch, trim, make-​up… you name it, he’s got it down. He is a genious! I frequently go for a trim and retouch and he never fails me.

I have been searching for a hair stylist in my neck of the woods for some time now (Near LAX). I have tried a few places nearby but none of good quality. I was recommended to Mounier’s (which is in Downy and not exactly close to me) by a co-​worker who always has fabulous hair (color and cut). I made an appointment with Cesar and let me just say that he was simply fabulous! Cesar was cordial, friendly and made me feel like I was in good hands. He asked me what I wanted and the rest was history! He started by washing and conditioning my hair (it was very relaxing), he then cut some my damaged tips and refreshed my unstructured layers. He began to blow dry my hair which I though he was just going to dry it out a bit and let me go but boy I was wrong! He blow dried my entire hair with a round brush, gave it such great volume and shine! My locks looked AMAZING! I am beyond words on how great my layered hair looks. Mounier’s has gained another loyal customer :) Cesar is definitely worth the drive!

I had been wanting (more like influenced) to cut my hair for such a loooong time. I’ve had the same style for years with very little change. So when I finally decided to chop my 10−12inches of hair I wanted to go with someone who was experienced and was going to do a good job. I was referred to Marco by my sister in-​law, she and her sisters have been getting their hair done for quite a long time with Marco.
I called to schedule two appts (that’s right! I cannot do this by myself! Lol I dragged my sister with me, hehe), which to my luck two appointments were available!!! Yippie! If there is one thing I dislike is when the hair dressers are not busy and yet they pretend like they are and make it impossible for the client to set up an appt. Anyway, I get there I show him two styles I wanted, I thought he like all other stylist will make comments, suggestions, talk me into it, or out of it, but no he didn’t he simply said «either will look fine on you». That can be an advantage or disadvantage depending on the type of person you are… for me, well that works!
He took about an hour to cut, blow dry, straighten, and fix my hair. I love it, not sure if it goes with my personality but I like it! Change is good, not easy to adapt sometimes but overall change is good I say!
I will definitely come back, (once my hair grows) and try a different style ;0)
